Preety good experience, Nice surrounding, greenary, cleanliness, apartment was renovated, pest control service provided, supportive staff, etc.

I’ve been living in this apartment for [7months] now, and I must say, the location is one of its best features. The neighborhood is fantastic t's safe, friendly, and has a vibrant community feel. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the local culture. Whether you're looking for a quick coffee run or a nice place to unwind in the evenings, everything is just a stone's throw away. The amenities provided are also top-notch. The building includes [list amenities such as a gym, pool, laundry facilities, etc.], which have greatly enhanced my living experience. Overall, the combination of a fantastic location in a good neighborhood, excellent amenities, and responsive maintenance makes this apartment a great place to live. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home.

I have really loved living here and will miss a lot of things about the Summit. It is quiet, yet conveniently located. The sports ball court is quite entertaining, wholesome fun for kids of all ages. Beautiful pool and spacious living space. I especially loved having a beautiful pine tree with year-round pine cones right outside my window. And, compared to others in the area, the price was spot-on!

There’s things I love then there’s things I don’t. When I moved in, I didn’t notice how filthy the apartment was, there’s things I’m still finding a year and a half later… but aside from little things, it’s been nice living here, I just wouldn’t stay another lease term.

It’s a comfort zone ! Good neighborhood! Children’s from all building enjoys the play ground! Beautiful flowers ,plants will always makes you happy .

I am really enjoying our apartment and the community it is so peaceful and quiet and I would definitely recommend anyone moving here . The staff is GREAT also!!!!

Nobody comes for pest control Maintenance poor Nobody answer phone Lot of cockroaches all over No cleaning Trash place is worst Nobody listens problems nobody care

Spacious appartments clean apartments the staff is very kind and very helpful overall the society is good Gym ,swimming area and playground is clean .

I was in need of a fast, short term rental for a few months, and Park Summit was able to provide everything I needed without any hassles or headaches. Stephanie in the front office was fantastic to work with and efficient in getting everything set up for me, and the apartment itself was immaculate. The location is walking distance from many restaurants and stores, and the community has a good share of families, so no parties or other noise keeping you up all night. All of the office and maintenance staff were friendly and responsive, even when I had to call on a Sunday evening. Would live here again.

The staff here is amazing, Paris and Stephanie are very responsive and pleasant. The maintenance staff respond to request rapidly and they are very kind. I’ve been here for 3 years and I absolute love it. I feel safe and happy here.

Follow up from management staff regarding complaints about tenants (noise, etc.) is not timely enough, or not done at all. Walls and floors are paper thin (poorly constructed), therefore, you can hear neighbors talking, using bathroom, alarms going off in the morning, etc. For the past few months, stray cats have become the "mascot" of the complex, and I assume management is going to allow them to remain on the property. Not a good look....Also in recent months, SEVERAL trash containers have been placed in the dumpster area, which can only become a breeding place for more rodents. Not a good look...Breezeways and stairs are not pressure washed regularly. There are some positives to living here, however, the negatives outweigh them.
