Property Ratings at Park Terrace/ Lake Christine Village
It’s very quiet and peaceful! Packages never get stolen and everyone is really considerate and mindful! Maintenance is quick respectful I’m very kind.
Very quiet place to live. Everyone stay to themselves. It's peaceful. Staff is welcoming. The pool guard could be better at opening up on time.
Nice location but the upkeep is not the best..I have a bee problem..wall/wood seems to be crumbling behind the plastic/rubber baseboard trim..
I live in an apartment in Belleville, IL, and my experience has been decent overall. The apartment is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and other local amenities, which makes running errands easy. The layout of the unit is functional, providing enough space for daily living. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, creating a peaceful environment for relaxation. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical place to live, offering a good balance of convenience and affordability. It’s a solid option for anyone looking to live in the Belleville area.
The apartment complex is nice here! It is well maintained and very clean. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is always prompt and responsive. It is close to almost everything.
Very, Clean, Very Calm and Very Peaceful , Maintenance came very fast to fix any issues I had. Air and heat blow very well throughout the house.
Very big and spacious! Have so much room and in love with my fireplace and balcony! Very quiet neighborhood and think I found the perfect home!
The neighbors seem nice, and the maintenance staff has been very responsive. I certainly hope to see that continue. Bottom line… So far so good!
Very quiet apartment complex. Apartments are nice size not to big not to small. Great location. Only bad thing I could say is everyone doesn’t pick up their dog poo and my son stepped in some with brand new shoes.
Great place to live! Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Maintenence handles all problems within a good time frame. The up keep is taken care of very well.
I enjoy living here! The maintenance and office staff are very friendly, quick to respond and communicative! The location is near everything!!
Love it here, been here almost three years and my experience has been amazing. I plan to stay at Park Terrace Apartments for a very long time
Good place to stay. Good area nice staff and friendly atmosphere and nice dog park. Good area nice and clean. Pool is cool to chill. Rent is kinda high.
The neighborhood is quite and the leasing office tries to work with you. I love being near the park that allows you to get a great workouts.
So far so good. My cosigner forgot to sign the lease and I was offered a new one. It was $30 more but I am grateful that I was contacted about it and I wasn’t kicked out immediately. To be given a chance to fix things and figure things out always helps.
.Satisfied in my apartment. I am giving a shout out the maintance men who do an excellent job. They come when they say and do an excellent job once there. Courteous, focus and get the job done in a timely manner. The explain what they are doing to be doing and how long it might take.i feel very comfortable with them coming in whether I'm there or not.
I have only been in my apartment for a month and a half and it's been absolutely horrible so far. They advertise these as luxury apartments and I got the most 'updated' model which I definitely regret. When I moved in my washer/dryer did not work, several lights weren't working, my sliding door in my living room did not lock, my shower head in the main bath was loose, my toilet in the half bath wasn't steady, all of my counters needed re-caulking, my sliding has a gap and air was coming through (still is) and squirrels woke me up by playing on my ceiling (still do). It was like they shampooed the carpet after the previous tenant moved out and then did nothing else. Most of the issues have been fixed and some became issues again right away, light my washer breaking down again. When I asked for compensation they said they didn't feel the need to compensate since everything was fixed in a timely manner. Everything has NOT been fixed and I shouldn't have had all of these issues right at move-in. The only positive has been how nice the maintenance guys are. I've gotten to know them a little bit because they have spent over 2 hours in my apartment fixing things on 3 separate occasions already. Yes 3 times for over 2 hours each time. If you are looking at this apartment complex please do yourself a favor and make this a last resort.
The only thing wonderful about this place is the location! Management is non existent until they want to charge you an additional fee on something you've already paid in full. - The units need to be updated, management needs to be replaced, and if you're wise, you will not choose to sign a lease here. Don't get sucked in by location, location, believe these reviews you are reading. This place is overpriced and managed poorly!
This is the perfect location if you want to live close to Scott Air Force Base and also a 20 minute drive to St. Louis. There are several restaurants, shopping stores, and even a nice and friendly park located across the street. Each apartment is equipped with their own balcony or porch that you can decorate as you choose. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. Perfect gathering place for friends and family in the summer months. This apartment complex is also located in a crime free neighborhood and is extremely family oriented.
the apartments was great and very beautiful but was a little on the small side for the price. but i am still interrested i the property. but the timing is not good for me right now
I haven't really had tons of interaction with the staff but from the looks they are fairly nice. No one is rude. Its quiet even though you're right across the street from a park with a baseball field and expect to hear tons of noise. The location I will say is the best part of living here because everything is in walking distance including the mall. If you lived here you would not want to move anytime soon.
