Property Ratings at Park Terrace
This is the best apartment in the Antelope Valley. It’s very affordable, with *below market rents*, as they value relationships over short-term profits. My already low rent was not increased the entire time I was here despite the inflation from 2022 to 2024. Park Terrace values relationships and curates a fine community of quiet, well-behaved tenants. You won’t find any loud parties or riff-raff here. Apartments and facilities are older but clean and very well maintained. It is on the west side of the 14, in a safe, convenient area of Lancaster. It is by a busy road with traffic, and rent is payable by money order. Laundry is communal. Cindy and Joe are fantastic, friendly and kind and responsive to maintenance requests. They live onsite, run a tight ship, and don’t take any nonsense. The beautiful lawns and trees are very well maintained. There are year-round pools onsite, and every unit has a garage, balcony, and gas range. Come here if you just want an affordable, quiet, relational, no-frills home. There is no bull, no short-term moneymaking. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
Clean, quiet apartments. Laundromat s in premises. All apartments have a choice to have an assigned enclosed garage. Another great thing is that there is also a pool. Close to freeway. Shopping center, restaurants and college within walking distance. Access to close public transportation.
