Occupying the heart of the West San Fernando Valley, Reseda has sat modestly as a pro-typical suburb of Los Angeles for over 100 years. Like most valley neighborhoods, its growth stemmed from the post-World War II boom and the proliferation of the car, bringing a culture of shopping malls and wide boulevards.
Reseda Boulevard acts as the neighborhood’s thoroughfare, running north to south. This urban community is brimming with local restaurants, close to Interstate 405. Locals enjoy the relaxing atmosphere at the Anthony C. Beilenson Park and its recreational facilities. In addition to access to the interstate, residents are in close proximity to the Northridge Metro Station.

Property Ratings at Park Terrace
I moved here in April 2021 and still live here now, January 2022. This place is infested with cockroaches. My mom and I have been suffering living here and are trying to move out ASAP. The roaches come out of nowhere and I have to kill 1-3 of them *daily* on average! It's a horrible nightmare. The roaches are bold and will try to get into your fridge, try to get into the food in your fridge, crawl on light switches, try to enrer your microwave, try to chill next to you while you're sitting down, crawl on the ceiling, hide in your cupboards, hide in your sink, etc. Please! I've went through all these things myself. DO NOT LIVE HERE.. Please look elsewhere and for somewhere *better* if you are looking for somewhere new to live. I beg you.
It’s all true in regarding there 1 star reviews. Water issues have been going on for about 4/5 months were they turn off the water from 9am-4pm. There’s never a manager on site it’s rare if there is a manager or someone on in charge there never a manager on duty it’s like every manger that are in charge of park terrace they seem to quit. The back parking lot gate access seems to be not working again there are serious problems, repairs need to be done to this building.
The amount of issues found in this building is crazzzzzy. It’s roach infested & the water it often turned off. Thank God I got out. I’m telling you DONT MOVE HERE! Do not let these photos fool you.
The place has roaches, they turn off the water for hours at least 3-4 times a month for "repairs", the rent is much higher than advertised because of all the fees they add on for different things. It's high priced anyway for the 1 bedroom. I would not recommend moving in here.
The building has recently managed by a new management and it seems to improve. However the older unit like mine stays the same. The thing that bothers me is the roaches that continues to appear inside my unit. They have treated it many times but it hasn't really been in the stage of roaches free. Its the only thing I would not be happy about my unit. Other than that it's an ideal place to live in. It has gated access, swimming pool, little gym, open structure, doesn't look cramped.
