Property Ratings at Park Thirty99
This complex is charging way too much for the condition it is in. Sure everything in the kitchen is new except for the dish washer, which is awful, but the washer and dryer unit is terrible. And this is not what I would consider a 2 bedroom apartment. The master is huge but the second bedroom is so tiny, you can’t fit a full bed and a dresser.

Most people only leave bad reviews. I wanted to give it a 5 star for the new property team. There has been big changes here and it's for the better. Jon and Dean, great techs and they get things done. Keep it up! We see you! I like that we have a pond with fish and ducks. We also have a pool, and a gym. This property is decently priced for what you get. I'm over all happy with my place and will continue to stay until I buy a house or move up with my job. I do suggest you give this place a try. :)
Our AC was out for over a month and they never came to fix it. Our fridge stopped working and their only maintenance guy came to look at it but never came back to fix it. Overall horrible experience for the 5 months we lived there, terminating our lease was the best decision we made.
A/C has been out for a month called multiple times and every time the manager acted like she had no clue. Has been 80+ since with windows open.
My air condition went out a month ago. The apartment has been a minimum of 80 degrees ever since, with windows open and fans running. The office staff has not answered the phone and has not returned my emails. They have shown no intention of fixing anything. Avoid this complex because anything that goes wrong is never getting fixed.
I have never lived somewhere as bad as this place there is water damage in the ceiling, washer and dryer dont work, floors are awful none of my outlets work and maintenance will not fix anything. I also have the worst neighbors ever always being loud and doing drug deals in the parking lot and the office is aware and never does anything out it. DONT EVER MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
Stay far away from this place. They will lie to your face about the rent. Then they will demand more money every month. Stay away!
I stopped by this property, as I had heard great things from a few friends, for a tour the other day. The staff was super warm and welcoming and happy to show me around and answer any questions. I haven’t decided where I will land just yet but this property looked great and is at the top of my list! Thank you again to the staff for being so helpful.
Worst living experience of my entire life. Dealt with cockraoches for the 1st 4 months we lived in the place. Pest control told us maintenance had not fixed the numerous holes in our walls from the last tenant. We have recently been dealing with mice that I assume get in through the various holes. Out electric was up to $300 a month during the winter. The front office was incredibly late when dealing with our numerous problems with the apartment. The apartment developed a giant crack in the ceiling causing a leak which was not ever fixed despite numerous phone calls. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid living here as you can find a much nicer place for a similar price.
My fiance and I have lived here for almost a year. The apartments are very homey and neighbors are friendly. Management is awesome; knows so many people by name. The dog part is one of my favorite amenities onsite. The whole landscape is calming and homey. The only cons I have with the place is that maintenance is a little slow when it comes to non-serious issues, the walls/ceiling are a bit thin, but I've lived in places with thinner walls than this, so it doesn't bother me too much. All in all, a great place to settle down for a bit.

Have been living here for about the past 6 months, incredibly high electric bill every month, something breaks every week, and have been dealing with a cockroach infestation for the past 2 months with little help from the front desk. I would advise finding another place

I've lived here for the past four months and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is excellent and always amiable and happy to help. Luckily I haven't had many problems that required maintenance but when I did they were very timely and knowledgeable. The community amenities are great and kept in good condition. The actual apartments are quite spacious and have been fairly recently renovated. The pond and landscaping are beautiful, perfect place for a nice walk. Be careful looking at reviews online, a lot of the negative ones are from when the apartments were owned and managed by a different company.

Hello! Thank you for your amazing review of Park Thirty99. We truly appreciate the positive feedback. If you need anything from our team, please let us know!
Just renewed my lease for another year. A beautiful place to live. It's short walk to Kirklevington park. It's also close to UK campus and the mall. A quiet place with great amenities. Also, the people in the office are so friendly!

Thanks for the kind words! We love our residents!!
I love being here and can't say much bad! The pond is beautiful, I love the Bark Park, and love having the washer and dryer provided! Also, you can't beat being so close to UK and the mall!!
Utterly dreadful. No reference to cow's utters, of course. I was highly confused by their pricing and their photos are very misleading. I entered the main office to look at the property and was greeted by a very unfriendly staff member. I asked to see the property but she wasn't very hasty to show it to me. She was just plain rude. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was finally shown the model they had. It was very disappointing. If you are wanting to rent in Lexington, drive past this dump.
