The other tenants here are very friendly and nice to everyone. The staff is absolutely amazing, nice and they treat you as if you’re just another friend of theirs. The owners are very sweet and nice. The apartments are very beautiful and nice and if something is wrong it gets fixed right away by maintenance. I love how friendly everyone in the building is!!
I love it here I wouldn't want to be any other place I feel like a Kong in my own palace!!!! If any body looking for a luxuries place to live this is the place.

Great place to live. Staff is super friendly, Carter is probably the best landlord I've ever had. He works with you and very hard to keep everyone happy and everything up and running. Great property, very secure, nice view, very affordable.
How could I start this review with anything less than 5 stars. From the amazing roof top view or the ready to use gym downstairs this place has been quite the stay. From the moment we walked in the doors they embraced us into our beautiful home with open arms and went above and beyond for a comfortable stay. When I say the view as well as the apartments are GORGEOUS that is just to say the least. The service and the environment have been so welcoming to our new baby girl it has really been such a blessing to our family. We look forward to many more years as a guest in the grandest apartments in Lubbock.
Carter and his wife Linda have such a beautiful apartment complex from the beautiful balcony view, to the secure under ground parking garage. This place has been such a great stay for me and my family. The apartments are very spacious and very elegant not to mention the master bathroom tub is to die for. My wife and I have really enjoyed our stay here and are really very indebted to this beautiful family and team of employees who have welcomed their doors from day one. 5 stars hands down. Thank you.
I am born and raised in Lubbock and I can't imagine seeing anything as beautiful as this view any where else. A great A environment with such an amazing scenery to top it off. It is definitely a must see in Lubbock for all.
Park Towers Apartments Are Amazing I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now And this is home I have a Very LARGE 1 bedroom 1bath I can over look the park And I can walk to my school Buses Stop is right in front Perfect for me HOME Very clean Maintenance is On To Of their GAME Office Staff Mr Carter and Ms Beatrice are like gold to me Always has a kind word and a SMILE ?? Security is awesome A VERY VERY Satisfied Renter If I had to give STARS they would be more than the maximum **********

The Park Tower Apartments is a great place to live! Not only are the apartments huge with a very large balcony the people here are so nice. During these hard times Mr. Carter has been so understanding and will work with you as long as you stay in communication with him. He is all about helping people who are trying to help themselves. If you are looking for not only an apt but a family, Park Tower is the place to pick!

The views are immaculate and the owner and staff are a joy and quick to accommodate any work orders or issues around the building!
Cant go wrong on this place. I did see a need for some improvements outside, but the inside was great with very large apartments. I rented a 1300 square foot bedroom with great views for $755.00
You will not like living here. This place is very dirty from the owner to the apartments

The owner is very corrupt and as opposed to keeping his property up he's let it fall into the worst place in Lubbock Literally
