Property Ratings at PARK TRAILS APARTMENTS
It's a friendly environment with great staff! I was able to get right in and they got me approved in days! I would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for your kind words! We are thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience with our team and our approval process. We appreciate your recommendation and hope you have a great day!
You won’t get nothing fixed they get Smart they’re always lying i’ve been waiting for stuff to get fixed for months!!! The pool don’t stay open for too long The parks are unsafe and halfway broken or tore down they make rules up as they go this place is just horrible
It may look nice on the outside but the inside not too good! Counters in the house falling apart the air and heat seem to only work on the upstairs part of the house and the women in the rental office are very RUDE and inconsiderate! One time i called to get help with a problem with the water temperature and the lady had gotten smart then i assume she thought she hung up and i could hear her conversing with another employee in the office bad mouthing me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if i could give it no stars i would!!!! Honestly you can not get any help unless you repeatedly call for days at a time and sometimes that does not even work
Trash from management to maintenance just don't move that you will regret it looks are deceiving and so are they there's nothing for children to do but play in the parking lot and tear up your car trash on the grounds at all times there's no dumpsters but one you have to take your trash all the way to your dumpster if you don't have a car you have to walk it sad
I don't know what kind of management park trails. I was trying to apply for a 2 bedroom apt and the lady from the leasing office told me to send her our income(pay stubs) with email and after she saw our income she sent me back email saying that we're over income we can't apply for the apartment. I thought she was going to see if we have enough income. I've never heard this before . It just crazy
This place is wonderful and all these reviews are absolutely terrible. From what I’ve seen I absolutely love it. It’s great for kids, I definitely recommend.
I wanted to take the time out an express how pleased I am with choosing park trails as my new home. My townhouse was very fresh when moved in an the ladies in the office were very nice and helpful to my liking. I would definitely recommend your next move here!
I lived there for 3 years. It looks nice on the outside but don't let that fool you. If you need maintenance for anything you basically have to call and complain for days and days before they take action. Sometimes they act like they never received your call in the first place. They have an emergency maintenance after work hours which is a complete joke. I've had to call outside services a couple of times to get work done. ....also THE TRASH is RIDICULOUS. I've never seen anything like this before, and last but not least someone is killed out here at least once a year. I'm not kidding look it up. Trust me, you don't want to be a resident here.
Just so you know, this apartment/town home community is INCOME RESTRICTED. No problem, except the fact that they don't tell you!! We tried to inquire about living here, the first time we were told that there was only one of the units that we liked available (which was two months away from our move date), then we were told someone else was already assigned there. The next day we called back to see if there was any other floor plans available for that time frame and we spoke to a different woman, she informed us there were actually a few of the floor plans that we previously picked available?? So why were we lied to? So we went in to fill out an application after obtaining all of the required documentation as well as the application fee, and spent about an hour filling out the application. When we get to the very end I read something about income restriction and asked about it and the woman goes "oh yes we are income restricted, did no one tell you?" She then goes to ask someone else about it and they both came over and the second lady goes "sorry she's new, she wasn't even supposed to tell you." So we wasted an hour of our time filling out an application after they already had our paystubs and knew that we make too much money to live there. For what? To get our hopes up and keep our nonrefundable application fee? Ridiculous.

These pics are old it doesn't look like this , it's trash everywhere. Kids running around everywhere. They don't fix things unless you complain complain. Their inconsiderate the put letters with your personal information on your door. They have had 4 different property managers in 2 years, 3 different maintenance crew in 2 years. Just a mess from the office to the buildings. Pest control is here every week. TRASH constantly overflowing
I lived here, and my apartment was never move in ready, and my license plates were solen, and my apartment was broke into as well as vandalism by children, and the office is unprofessional, and did nothing about it most times. I had to call the police so many times, and even they stated it's not the best place to live with kids. Many have to settle for here, because they accept section 8,but if you don't have to don't. I wish people had of told me,but you live, and learn.
Park trails is a horrible place to live and i am sure any good reviews are that of the staff and or their family, this place is noisy, crime infested, bed bug infested, poor to non existent maintenance repairs and trash everywhere, if anyone is in dispute of this review randomly ask any tenant their honest opinion and i am totally sure they will agree that its best you keep looking for another place to live. Park trails should have the tenants fill out surveys as to their living experience but i guess they really don't give a rats backside about the tenants so do yourself a favor and consider somewhere else to live, i wish i could give this place no stars but it requires at least one to submit this review
Park Trails Apartments is a lovely complex that allows section 8. Although my husband and I are on Disability we are not section 8 clients. My husband recently had a stroke and now our income has taken a major hit. Park Trails keeps the property well maintained. We would appreciate the opportunity to save a years rent to be able to keep up with my husband's & my medical bills.
