I've been at Parkview for a little more than 2 years it's the best apartment I've had. I am a bit sad to be leaving (buying a house) because the views from the second floor unit are wonderful and the pool is terrific and seldom crowded, even in summer. I also love the ability to walk to the Civic Arts Plaza for performances. It's hard to imagine people not being happy here.

Everything felt perfect until we recently found and moved into a stunning five-bedroom home just five minutes from Parkview Apartments. If not for finding our dream home, we might have stayed much longer. I appreciated the gated security and designated parking, which added to the sense of safety. Alejandro, who managed grounds and maintenance, was always prompt and helpful, while Rich understood and accommodated my concerns for my daughter's safety with empathy. I absolutely loved living here and truthfully, didn't want to leave it. The property itself is very pretty and the neighbors are friendly but quiet. Loved having a washer dryer in unit for a studio, as well as having a gas stove. When I first moved in, I had an issue with my kitchen sink and it was resolved the next morning by the on-site maintenance man. I believe his name is Alejandro and he is great too. Wish I could have stayed but greatful for the experience. Thank you so much Rich and Alejandro.

These apartments have served me well! I recently moved from San Diego out to the Thousand Oaks area for work. The process was already extremely stressful so I was not looking forward to figuring out my living situation. However, I took a leap of faith and started the process with Rich and Alejandro. It was a smooth transition and they got my place ready in no time. Not only are the apartments extremely spacious, they're also incredibly clean with new and modern appliances. It's in a great location with many stores and businesses not too far away from it. On top of being located in one of the safest and quietest neighborhoods, it's also gated! They have a cozy outdoor area, some sidewalk to walk your dog, and a pool. It's incredibly family friendly and a beautiful place to live. I would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I called Parkview home for almost 2 years until recently and we'll always remember how much we enjoyed our time there. The management, neighbors, location and facilities are first rate. Management team always responded immediately to any inquiries with friendliness and professionalism. Parkview is the premier property in Thousand Oaks and feels more like a resort. Don't hesitate - you'll love it here!!

I feel so lucky to have found such a beautiful gem to call home. The landscape is incredibly beautiful, peaceful, and gives off five star resort vibes! The views from every window never get old from watching the sunset to getting a private viewing feel to fireworks during holidays. Lots of natural sunlight that makes your apartment feel like a forever home. The complex being gated is a huge bonus and the size allows for an intimate and quiet living experience. Everyone who works w this complex make the entire process seamless and are extremely responsive to any and all communication. Definitely come check out in the evening too and get that extra magical feel when walking the grounds!

My roommate and I stayed in a two bedroom one bath apartment for about 9 months while we were attending college. It was a safe and quiet space with many amenities.

I recently stayed in a studio apartment, which was very nice! The appliances were all up-to-date. Didn’t get to use the pool at all but I walked past it a few times and it looked like a great area for when the weather is cooperating. It’s in a nice area, easy to get to the 101. Many restaurants and shopping areas are nearby as well! I spoke to Rich a couple times and he was beyond helpful each time.

I was looking for a safe ,quiet, clean and gated place and I found it here at Park View. Rich and his team are awesome, they are always there when i need something .

Park View was an awesome home for us for a year. Traveling often for work made having a gated community essential for us while my wife would be there alone. We loved using the pool and hot tub. Parking was very easy and accommodating with 2 cars. Property was extremely clean, constant landscaping keeps it pristine. Alejandro the property manager lives in the complex himself and is the BEST. He is always around if you ever need a thing. Our unit was nice and open with a balcony. Great appliances and bathrooms. We really enjoyed our time there; made many short drives down to Malibu for dinners and the beach.

I highly recommend Park View! It was my first apartment living in California and I had loved the clean place, friendly neighbors, excellent services, and reasonable price. Rich and Alejandro helped me even before my move-in date. I absolutely recommend anyone looking for apartment in the Thousand Oaks/West Lake areas.

I lived here for 2 years, and this was a wonderful apartment complex to live in! I liked that it was a gated community, and the grounds were well-maintained, safe, and upgraded, which made it feel really nice to live here. There were only a couple times I needed to call Rich or Alejandro for minor maintenance in the apartment, and they were extremely responsive and quick about getting things done. The apartments are super clean as well. In terms of safety, this place is super safe! I have even left packages out for days and I never had an issue. The two most important things to me were management, cleanliness, and safety, all of which are excellent here.

Park view Apartments has been great. Management and staff went out of there way to make moving there easy and staying there a breeze. The complex was better maintained than others I looked at and the apartment was updated with great quality finishes. The apartment was clean and perfect for moving in to. Rich and Alejandro went above and beyond to make the experience at Park View the best possible. I cannot thank the team at Parkview enough for making my Thousand Oaks transition so seamless!

I have lived at many apartment complexes in and around Ventura County and Park View Apartments is, without question, my #1 choice. It is obvious that the management team at Park View takes great pride in the property, as well as the wellbeing and satisfaction of their residents. The high end finishes make you forget that you're living in an apartment. The grounds are always clean and manicured. As a single woman, living alone, I always felt safe at Park View. If you want to have an apartment home experience that is better than any other, you MUST check this place out!

Park View Apartment Homes is a quality living environment. I have worked in property management and can normally see a lot of things that should be fixed or need attention. That is not the case with Park View. As my daughter said, "It is like a fairytale in here". The grounds are well kept. The building is very well lite at night giving a feeling a safety and security. The staff is very responsive and attentive to maintenance and other requests. You are able to access a tenant portal online and pay rent and make requests. The pool area with BBQ's, lounge chairs and fire place have a resort feel. There is additional storage for you belongs. The units are well appointed. There are Kohler fixtures and Whirpool appliances. Everything has been very well thought out. There is even charging for electric vehicles. It is close to the Thousand Oaks Civic Center and you can walk to many restaurants. I would highly recommend Park View to anyone looking for a quality place to live.

Was unbelievable here for the short tenure while I was with the LA Rams, Rich is a great man who helps and truly cares about the people that are interested in looking at Parkview. Once you become a resident it’s like being part of a family. It’s a gated complex, and is always clean and updated well by a maintenance team. The rooms itself are cozy and perfect size for being an LA resident. I just absolutely loved staying here and wouldn’t look elsewhere. Very thankful for my time here, it was such a blessing!

Park View Apartments in TO has been one of the best living situations I’ve ever had. I was nervous when I first came from San Diego - I had no idea which neighborhoods were good or what apartments had reputations. Park View was such a beautiful studio with such a competitive price, I took a chance and I haven’t regretted it once. The walls are well insulated - I almost never heard anything my neighbors were doing. Even when I did, they were never loud after quiet hours and were very respectful of our shared situation. The pool is always clean, the sitting areas are well kept, and there is a nice little fire pit to enjoy in the colder months. The few times I needed help from maintenance, Alejandro was one message away. He either came the day-of or the very next day and fixed my problem right away. Rich, the owner, was also great. He always worked with me with a kind, can-do attitude that I am so thankful for. Ultimately, though I have to leave TO, I’m really going to miss this place!

A amazing place to stay in TO. We've lived here for a year now in the 2 bedroom apartment and love it. It is a gated community, upgraded appliances, huge windows- lots of light, spacious rooms- not to mention a pretty sizable patio. The pool area is also big and never very busy. Also a big plus point is all rooms have lights, so you'll rarely need to buy many lamps to light up your room. The complex is quiet and the property manager is great. Highly recommend.

I have lived here for almost a year. This place is amazing. Everything is remodeled and brand new. Very quiet neighborhood that’s what I love. Pool is amazing as well everything is super clean. Rich is the best and Alejandro is always very helpful when needed. Love this place.

Having visited and lived in various apartments before, we had no doubt this community is the best in every way. The beautiful landscaped grounds create a relaxing atmosphere, making it feel like walking in a garden. The neighbors are quiet and polite. Each apartment is very new, well designed, sparkling clean, full of natural light, and fully equipped with high-quality appliances, all of which make it feel more like a home than an apartment, basically offering anything and everything we could have possibly asked for. Alejandro the property supervisor is super friendly and helpful; he is available day and night and will be there swiftly to offer any assistance you may need. Rich the property manager is fantastic in every way. He treats renters with understanding, commitment, personal touch and professionalism and goes out of his way to help where he can. We absolutely believe the management team truly care for the well-being of renters and treat the property like their own homes, which is why living in this community is such an enjoyable luxury experience! Not to mention these apartments are located in the heart of Thousand Oaks, just minutes from shopping, dining, schools, etc. Don’t look any further! This is hands down the best community in the area and, at such a reasonable price, you just can’t go wrong!

I lived here for 9 months and am relocating for a new job opportunity. The grounds are safe, beautiful, and well-maintained. I felt like I was coming home to a resort during my lunch breaks I spent at home. Rich and Alejandro are very responsive, efficient, and have been a pleasure to work with. The spaces are new, clean, and modern. Really the nicest apartments I have ever seen.

I stayed in a 2BR unit for 3 years, while working in the area. It was a well managed, spacious and safe property. Loved the large kitchen, beautiful cabinets with lots of storage, and modern appliances. Large windows made the home bright and cozy, letting in a wonderful breeze almost year round. Great location on a quiet street, yet still easy access to Hwy 101, 23 and easy walk to local businesses. This is your top choice for an apartment in Thousand Oaks!

This has been my best rental experience. The property manager, Rich, and the property supervisor, Alejandro, are so friendly and willing to do what they can to help. The units are modern and clean. The property itself is peaceful and well kept. I unfortunately had to move out due to life circumstances but would move back in a heartbeat.

This entire complex was remodeled from the ground up just a couple of years ago and therefore everything is practically brand new and top notch! Given that almost all other apartments in the Thousand Oaks area are very old and the newer constructions are far and few, you will have a hard time finding any place even remotely close to the quality of the ParkView Apartments. In addition, the owner Rich is very professional, courteous, super responsive, and understating of tenant's needs; rightfully so, he takes great pride in his community and he is committed to keeping it as the best option in Town! Not so surprisingly, the units become available only occasionally and if you don't act immediately, they will be most likely taken in a matter of days. Speaking out of my own experience, it took me two attempts 3 months apart to rent an apartment because I was too slow the first time :)

This place is extremely nice! It's very quiet and well kept; very clean. All the neighbors are friendly and respectful. Every unit has a full size washer and dryer which is extremely convenient! The application process was fast and all management has been extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely a great place!

I love living here - the complex is quiet, well kept, clean, neighbors are friendly, everyone is respectful of each other's space. I knew when I first saw this place that I didn't need to look any further. This place hit all the items on my priority list - your own washer and dryer in the unit, assigned parking space, gated, and tenants are very meticulously selected. The rental price is great as well. I was able to get a reasonable monthly rent even though I needed a place for less than year, Rich willingly accommodated my request. My apartment itself is modern, with nice upgrades in the kitchen, the carpet is durable and the built in little breakfast nook was a nice touch. Rich and Alejandro were very responsive from the get-go. If I had a question or concern, it was always answered or addressed right away. I could not be happier. Please add this to your list of must-sees, I think you will not be disappointed! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the TO/Westlake area!

Beautiful apartment and wonderful place to live. From the first tour I received from Rich, I instantly felt at home and as if i wasn’t just another number, but becoming apart of a community. The on boarding process took less than a day and I had move in date! I can’t thank Rich and Alejandro, the on ground maintenance support, enough for the comfort they gave me during a tough time. Being from West Virginia, I’m not used to fire at all! During the fires, it wasn’t the police or fire department that alerted me, it was Alejandro going door to door to let the residents know it was time to evacuate. He kept honking his horn at the gate until everyone left. I had to go live with a friend and had no idea what was going on with the apartment and if it was even still standing, but Rich provided daily updates and when it was safe to move back in. I couldn’t be more grateful to find an apartment that doesn’t just treat me as unit, but as apart of their family. I would recommend this place hands down to anyone, including my mom (if she wasn’t so attached to the home my dad built).

Before even getting settled in, it felt like home. The place is dead quiet, TMZ doesn't come through here and I have yet to see any parties or bad guys. The place was very well cleaned beforehand, the lot and pool is maintained periodically, and there are several patio hangout areas. The manager, Rich is very friendly and will address any issues you have very quickly. The unit comes with a fridge, microwave, washer, and dryer. It is difficult to find an apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer, so this is a huge plus. The complex is nearby the 23 and the 101 for easy access, The Oaks mall isn't very far either. I cannot think of any reason at all to hate Park View, if you are in the market for an apartment, give Rich a call right away.

I was fortunate enough to be able to do a short term lease of 3 months at Park View while I was transitioning to a new home. Owner, Rich, was so accommodating and provided the best service. He is so responsive; answers questions and handles issues immediately. The property is gorgeous - beautiful landscaping with fountains and outdoor furniture. Sadly I didn't get a chance to use the pool (it was winter), but it has a big solar heated pool, ample covered sitting areas, gas BBQs, and outdoor fireplace - great for group gatherings. Apartment was adorable with beautiful paint and upgraded carpet and wood-like flooring. Kitchen was huge with upgraded countertop, stainless appliances & sink, and gorgeous dark wood cabinets with soft-close drawers and cabinets. Really appreciated the full-size stackable washer & dryer conveniently located inside the unit. Nice sized upstairs patio. Really handy having an onsite manager (Alejandro) who fixes things in an instant. Another perk is the individual heating/AC units in each room. You can heat or cool each bedroom or the living room to suit your comfort level - very energy efficient. Water, garbage and sewer were included as a standard monthly fee - very convenient that I didn't have to set up separate accounts for each. All I had to do was set up electric and internet (Spectrum internet and cable was very good). Rent included one covered parking spot with small storage area. Guest parking available throughout to accommodate a 2nd vehicle. The parking was a bit of a walk to the apartment - a shopping basket on wheels to carry your groceries would be a must had I stayed longer. Park View is conveniently located next door to a small park with a small fenced dog park. Property location is centrally located - you can easily walk to restaurants and stores nearby. Also pet friendly - my dog and cat were very happy! Great neighbors too - mostly 30 to 40-something professionals. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Rich again!

We have used the Park View Apartment Homes for the last 2 years now and they're by far the best apartments in the Thousand Oaks area. They are super well maintained and beautiful and the management is SUPER ATTENTIVE to any issue you may have. There is not a better place to live.

In addition to the high-quality materials and appliances mentioned in other reviews, my wife and I have really appreciated the hands-on approach demonstrated by the ownership and management team. We moved from out-of-state, and Rich and Alejandro have been incredibly helpful in helping us settle in, transition utilities, and schedule additional services. We also love being walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants!

I had looked at so many apartments before finding Park View I had lost count. I was actually scheduled to sign a lease and had put a hold deposit on another property. As fate would have it, the day before I was to sign the lease, I met someone who had had a really bad experience and told me to go online and read the reviews for that place. The reviews were shocking to say the least but I'm SO incredibly grateful because Park View popped up in the Yelp lineup for apartments in the area and not only were the reviews spectacular, the pictures were gorgeous and the location was way better. I called to set up a time to see them and the person who got back to me was the owner! Yes, the actual owner not some management company. Rich met me at the property personally and walked me through all of the gorgeous amenities and spent time sharing all of the "extras" that you will definitely not find anywhere else; structural specifics he had taken the time to include that make each unit feel like an individual home. My father was a contractor so I have a little knowledge of some of the points he shared about the care that was taken in the construction. Also, the attention to the aesthetic detail is breathtaking. This coupled with the quality of the construction (It's extremely quiet. I have never lived in an apartment building that is this peaceful as you can usually here at least some tenant noise from the neighbors), the obvious "labor of love" care that Rich personally put into every detail of Park View and the genuine kindness and quality exhibited by Rich himself and Alejandro, the on sight maintenance manager, truly make this place feel like home. These guys go out their way to make sure you feel taken care of, which makes it possible to relax and enjoy this lovely community to the fullest. If you've found this listing and you're searching, you can stop. This is definitely the place you want to live!

I wanted to wait several months before writing a review of Park View so that I would have some experience with which to draw upon. Park View is a great place to live. The complex was totally renovated in 2016/2017 so I am the first resident to live in my unit. The complex consists of 46 studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. My unit is a two bed/one bath configuration. Inside: My living space is gorgeous with two good-sized bedrooms, tiled bathroom, berber carpet, high ceilings, large kitchen with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances and wood-grain engineered flooring, large living room, full-size washer and dryer, several huge windows, and individual HVAC units located each bedroom and the living room. Outside: The gated complex is divided into two sections, the lower half consists of studio and one bedroom units and the upper portion contains two bedroom apartments. Each section is designed in an Italian piazza fashion adorned with beautiful European-style foundations and other tasteful decorations and landscaping with a variety of trees and plants. The grounds are dutifully maintained by a landscaping company. The spacious pool contains tented gazebos and lounge chairs throughout. Since the complex contains only 46 units, the environment is serene and peaceful and never crowded. While I don’t mix much with my neighbors, they are friendly and respectful whenever our paths cross in the common areas. The community at night is very quiet. The owner of the complex is very responsive, accommodating, and shows genuine concern in addressing any issues I’ve had, which have all been minor. The maintenance person is very easygoing and dedicated to keeping the complex appearance and upkeep looking great. Park View is an awesome place to live! I strongly recommend perspective residents to stop by and check out this community.

I appreciate living here so much I am constantly bragging about it to my friends and family. I show them pictures of the gazebo/seating areas, the fire wall, the paved walkways, the foliage, the fountains and cabanas at the pool. I direct them to the website so they can see the beautiful and new and spacious kitchens, the stainless steel appliances, the climate control in each living area. the stacked washer and dryer in each unit, the new Berber carpet, etc. I feel comfortable and happy when I come 'home'. I love the clientele/residents. a happy group of people and pleasant and even helpful. this is due to Rich taking pride in only leasing to quality folks. it is nice that there are not a ton of families with loud and noisy kids. it is a quiet and peaceful place to live. I am proud to live here and show it off as often as I can. everyone is impressed. As a divorced dad who gave up his beautiful home I paid mortgage on for 19 years to my ex wife, I feel proud to live her rather than ashamed that I have to live in an apt. at the age of 51. I cannot say enough good things about Park View Apartment Homes and recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great living community that is far and above the drudgery and unappealing other options here in thousand oaks. My husband & I (&a baby!) just recently moved into Park View less than a month ago. After looking at several different complexes, I happened to stumble across this one & the minute I looked at the property, I knew we had to make it happen. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL (& I love the pool with cabanas, fireplace, & amazing BBQ's! Feels like I'm at a resort!). I am VERY picky, especially about cleanliness, & I have to say that I have never see a more immaculate complex. Everything is so well kept & clean. The apartments themselves are also not your typical "apartment feel." They are upgraded with nice cabinets, backsplash, full size front loading washer/dryer, & much more! No comparison to other complexes we looked at. We are so happy to have found this place!

This apartment complex is truly a diamond in the rough. After an exhaustive search of one sub-par apartment complex after the next in the Conejo Valley, I stumbled upon this hidden gem. The newly constructed apartments feel more like a home than an apartment. The kitchen is shockingly large, and it's very clear that the owner, Rich, wanted to put home quality finishes on everything. The surrounding grounds are very nice, with an almost resort quality feel. There are water fountains, oak trees wrapped with lights, cabanas by the pool/hot tub, a fire pit, and the complex is completely gated as an extra bonus. I've submitted 2 service requests online since my time living here, and both were addressed within hours. Needless to say, Alejandro, the property manager, is attentive and on top of things! I really can't say enough about how happy I am to have found Park View.

I've lived here since January and it's truly a sanctuary. I live in a studio and it's the perfect amount of space for me. Everytime I come in my door I'm thankful for the gorgeous details of this apartment. The kitchen and bathroom appliances are rare in an apartment this size and having a washer and dryer at my convenience is a dream come true. Not to mention the pool and spa area feels like a resort with its bbqs and fireplace. It's the perfect place to call home.

My girlfriend took a job in Moorpark this summer and while searching for apartments in the area we came across this jem of Parkview apartments. Once we looked at the property we were sold. They are brand new and have a very high end feel. Dealing with the people there was an absolute pleasure, which made our decision to live there an easy one. The area is great and the complex is so well maintained. Its like living in a resort. Beautiful !

The complex is small enough for you never to be just a number and the owner, the management and the maintenance team have been nothing but super-attentive to all of our requests and suggestions. We feel incredibly lucky and even spoiled by all the luxury that surrounds us in our new home and invite you to come and discover for yourselves what Park View has to offer you.

This is my first time renting and moving out, and I've been incredibly satisfied. The complex is well-maintained, and management is very receptive to fixing things. The inside of the apartment is far superior to the others I checked out, and the studio is quite spacious for one person!

Park View has been a great place to call home, especially for a student like me. It's within 30 minutes of at least 3 colleges and all manner of amenities are nearby. The apartments have stainless steel appliances and lots of floor space. If you're searching in the TO area, Park View is definitely worth checking out!

Our experience at Parkview had been the best. We planned to rent an apartment begging of January 2017 but, as soon as we saw the beautiful building and the newly remodeled apartments we decided to start leasing right away. We are very happy in this elegantly remodeled apartment. The layout is so perfect that makes the place feel more spacious. The kitchen has very good quality cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Everything is done with a great taste. All neighbors are very quiet and walking around has such a great feel. All kind of shops are within walking distance. P.F Chang and the Maestro steak house are around the corner. Mike was the first one who showed us around and he was very nice and genuine. Rich, the owner was very nice to us. He accommodated us and fullfilled all his promises. We also met with Alexander who is in charge of the maintenance and he was very nice and friendly. He even helped me take the measurements in the apartment. Really nothing to complain about. Our experience with Parkview had been excellent. F.H.

These are newly remodeled beautiful apartments with everything in them spotless clean and in excellent condition. We love this quiet complex and its amenities where everything is new and beautiful leaving nothing to complain about. The immaculate condition of this apartment coupled with its highly competitive pricing makes this an excellent deal that can't be beat. We are glad we moved here and would recommend this place to anybody who likes luxury and cleanliness at an affordable price.

This is absolutely the best apartment I have lived in, and I have lived in many. The owner, the staff, the builders and more, go above and beyond. The quality of the appliances, flooring, cabinetry, layout and I can go on and on, are by far the best in the area. This is not your standard apartment. All the material is home grade, not cheap apartment grade that you see in many communities in the area. I looked at many in Thousand Oaks and Westlake, and have also lived at a few, and there is nothing like this in the area, especially for the price!!! It is so wonderful to live in an apartment that is new. I am in a studio, and it does not even feel like a studio. It is open, but yet private. The courtyard feels like a hotel, and I cannot wait for the pool with cabanas to be completed. This is luxury living at its best, and walking distance to the Lakes, Mastros and more. The park next door is clean, safe and my boys love it there!!! I can't say enough about Park View Apartment Homes, except that you have to see it in person. The pictures were enough to get me here, but it by far exceeded my expectations. And it's gated, which makes it feel even more like a home than an apartment.

Parkview apartments met my expectations and beyond!! The owner has done a Beautiful job with the decor, attention to detail, appliances, and great quality. The amenities of a gated community, the feel of living more like a home versus an apartment is the luxury you don't want to miss! The Owner, Manager, and Maintenance is one of a kind with awesome customer service! I'm so HAPPY park view is my new place to call home!
