The Elkridge Hanover neighborhood consists of two unincorporated communities, Elkridge and Hanover. Elkridge is one of the oldest settlements in Howard County, dating back to 1734. This beautiful community features several historic sites, including Troy, which dates back to 1694, when John Dorsey moved to the property.
