I thought the apartment would be tidier and more organized. When I arrived the carpet was old and they showed me the apartment with the new carpet when I entered this unit the carpet is old the bathroom is very ugly but the kitchen is nice. but the apartment is very poorly maintained unfortunately the one they showed me was with the new carpet everything was organized and painted. This apartment, this unit I'm staying in, really wasn't what I expected, I'm very disappointed with the company.

I couldn't be happier with my results with management, especially in stressful situations such as moving into a new apartment. Finding a service that cares about your time and experience is uncommon. Leanne, the office manager, took care of this professionally and efficiently. The digital signing of contracts using today's technology was smooth and time-saving; overall, the experience with the staff and apartment complex has been exceptional. Thank you for a job well done!

I lived in park village since 2017. Giving 1 star as there is no option for zero. After giving 90days of notice period They send me a bill for 5 months of lease breakage in lease agreement it is clearly mentioned 2 months of lease breakage.When you are calling the main office they are saying contact property manager and property manager is saying it is not in our hand. And you have to follow up twice then only they will respond,Total Harassment can’t believe after leaving though I am ready to pay the lease break no one giving me a correct bill.And about the apartment cockroach all over AC is very old carpet is old. Awful management every lease agreement we are asking for capert to cleanup nobody is doing that but when it is time for inspection they charged money for carpet cleaning.If you ask any help they will say it is not in our hand.Only one stuff Rob is really helpful person.
Moving from out of state, I was looking for an apartment complex that was affordable but nice to live in and would have everything I needed. The staff has been very friendly and made the whole process from touring to leasing to moving in very easy. I would highly recommend PVW for your next home! The amount of families around the complex make it feel very homey and safe as well.
Had a swift and easy move into our new renovated apartment. Complex is well maintained. Seems to have a ton of families in the complex, so that works for us, makes us feel “safe” in the complex. Overall our experience was pleasant and management was super nice and accommodating!
Recently sold my home. The move in date changed twice and the staff at Park Village were very accommodating. This is rare I think in todays day and age. Christy was very helpful. Maintanice guy very quick to fix things. I am very happy with this new space to live I would recommend any one to give it a try. No place is 100 percent perfect. This place for me was close to it. After moving to several states, now its evident that Park Village - Westborough has a decent and understandable community. Often we hear that there are issues with roaches, its true but clean and a bit of care will get rid of this problem. The rooms are spacious and has a good parking lot. The rates are comparatively competitive then other apartments around Westborough. Highly recommended for people who have family and looking for good school around. Park Village management is approachable and understands our concerns. Hopefully they maintain the same decorum and approach, which makes them distinct from others.
If i could give negative stars i would. Every other week they have a company come SPRAY inside all apartments for bugs (roaches and anything else). If you DON'T want to have them spray inside your apartment (because you probably had it sprayed the week before) you pay HUNDREDS. EVERY OTHER WEEK they're spraying chemicals its disgusting and not safe. PLUS, this LAST week and counting, NO HOT WATER! They didn't even provide a notice today ahead of time and there was no hot water. Management doesn't care, and is unable to help EVERY SINGLE TIME! Get your stuff clean, then you wont have to spray all the time DURING THE WORK WEEK. So you have to leave your apartment UNLOCKED and open while you're not there! Unsafe, disgusting, rude, not healthy at all, and this place should be SHUT DOWN!
I have visited this property recently.It is a well maintained clean property.very convenient for those who usually take 495 freeway.I liked the Neighbourhood,office people were very cooperative. In future I hope I will get a chance to live in that community.
