With its spectacular mountain views and numerous palm trees, Chino is a favorite city in San Bernardino County for good reason. Property Ratings at Park Villas Apartment Homes
These apartments are horribly overpriced and have a terrible roach infestation. The property management has rental increases yearly. They just removed the pool. Neighbors are loud, play music at all hours of the night and morning, have dogs barking all night, kids screaming around apartments playing until after 9:00 pm. Management is untruthful about payments, increases, and repairs.
