Property Ratings at Infinity at The Park
I have lived in these apartments one year. Before I moved in there were reviews about leaks and flooding but I was assured that had been fixed. The first few months the apartment building was clean and maintained well. But for the past few months the owners have failed to make necessary repairs from a large leak from the roof. The opening in the wall was only covered with a board after I complained. There is no indication when it will be fixed (see photos) Also the carpets are dirty. They were last cleaned when I complained. The people that work there are very nice and conscientious with what they do. But the owners and Matrix Management are neglecting the building. I pay my rent on time each month. They are not fulfilling their end of the contract.

I really enjoy living here. I am in my 11th month and I would say it's 90% worth it. The location is PRIME - literally on top of Centennial Park, 15 minutes from Midtown bars and Demonbreun St, and if you are leaving the city and going to surrounding areas, traffic is not bad at ALL. I will say that it sometimes feels like I'm bothering when I go into the office to ask questions. However, they are so helpful when you message them online. We had a couple of discrepancies with our bills, and they immediately contacted the water service for us and helped us reverse the charges. The units themselves are pretty small for the price we pay. But the amenities balance that out. The enclosed parking garage is really the best perk because living next to Centennial SportsPlex and Park, you would never be able to find a spot. The rooftop pool is a unique feature too - there is only one apartment complex besides ParkCentral with the rooftop pool and it's a lot less noisy and way more useful. The club room is always stocked with nice coffee, and the gym has most of the machines you could ask for! I also love the package lockers - it's nice when you order something and don't feel like you have to rush home because you are worried about something being stolen. Even then, I wouldn't ever worry about something being stolen here because I have found a package in there before that was delivered weeks ago but I forgot to grab/wasn't notified. I wish I would've taken advantage of the amenities earlier but that's ok! Overall, I've appreciated my time in this complex. It's safe, clean, and quiet. The biggest disappoint I had was 100% beyond the complex's control, as a company started a year-long project right outside our window and was drilling/doing construction since I moved in in May. They broke ground the fourth day I moved in... However, they were jack hammering and in general being loud at 7AM, and the complex reached out on the residents' behalf to ask them not to do so.
