Very well kept, clean inside and out. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. No trash on premises. Pool well kept, apartment is the largest three bed apartment in the city and rent is very reasonable. % out of 5 stars!

Great For my first apartment.
Parkcrest Village has great huge bedrooms. They are pet friendly and are the best in Kingman, AZ. My one bedroom was amazing.

First Time on My Own.
I kinda spoiled myself moving here for my first place. Everything is amazing. They are pet friendly and very spacious. All of the staff members are friendly and great. When I move this will always be my go to guide. I love this place. Great for a student like me.
