I've been living here at Parke East Townhomes for two years now. My stay has not been the best due to issues with my apartment, however the maintenance team, Anna and Susan have beyond nothing short of amazing. They ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely manner. If there are issues discerning my rent, they inform me of what is going on and offer any assistance that I may need. They are very understanding and go above and beyond for their residents. They are the meaning of what outstanding customer service is.

The management was very helpful moving me in and I was approved within minutes of filling out the app. Its pretty quiet area and I would recommend moving here. Also lets not forget about all the space!!!!
At first it was a little rocky but Susan, Anna and their management team are amazing people. They did everything in their power to make sure I felt comfortable and safe in the apartment. Their customer service is outstanding! Loved being part of their community. It’s saddens me to have to leave. I really recommend Parke East if you’re looking for a place to call home!

Our vehicles were hit and run twice in the parking lot while here and the cops are coming over to the complex on a weekly basis if not more. The worst management I have ever dealt with. Lived here for two years before Susan and other management ran this place into the ground. She is rude and you better hope you never have any kind of issue because they will ignore your call 50 times before they decide to answer. Save yourself the pain and suffering and find somewhere else to live in Wichita.
