For those who enjoy feeling like a kid again, there's no better neighborhood than Anaheim Resort. The area has it all -- Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, the Honda Center, the Angel Stadium, the City National Grove, Anaheim Garden Walk, Great Wolf Lodge, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and theaters. Add in some of the world's best beaches only 15 miles away, and this Anaheim neighborhood is the place for fun and sun.
Anaheim Resort starts roughly along West Ball Road and extends south to Garden Grove Boulevard. The western edge follows West Street while the Santa Ana River is located along the eastern side. The Outlets at Orange provide terrific shops as well as Dave & Buster's and an AMC theater. Since it caters to tourists and there are a wide variety of hotels in the area, Anaheim Resort is very walkable. It also offers its own mass transit with ART (Anaheim Resort Transport).

Property Ratings at Parkewood Village
At first, it seemed like an excellent place to move to, and it is close to many places. The bad thing comes when you've already signed a contract. Not only does it take almost a month to fix a problem in the apartment, but sometimes it is faster and cheaper to do the repairs yourself. Once, our car was towed for not having a parking permit, but when someone got into our parking lot, it turned out that they could not remove the car. Also, we currently have a problem with an intense smell of marijuana every day; it is incredible that they can do this, especially when children live here.
If you’re looking to move into an apartment, do not make the terrible mistake of signing a lease at Parkewood village, not only is their laundry and rent overpriced. Their staff is incredible rude, they have towed multiple residents cars during the day. They refuse to fix the problem for more parking arrangements but love to steal money from their own customers. I have been cut off and hung up on by their staff in the office. They laugh when they tow peoples cars. They close the gym early so that they can leave early. The apartment is infested with roaches, spiders and mold. Their management company refuses to resolve the parking issues as well as their training of staff issue. Don’t sign a lease here, you’ll regret it.
Always something going on with construction or renovations that inconvenience you or your work schedule. Always someone outside doing some kind of loud yard work. Nice pool, filled with children :( it's pretty looking though.
The apartments look very nice from the outside. Inside looks nice too, but PARKING SUCKS, maintenance sucks, they're termites, spiders, and roaches in the apartment no matter how much you keep it clean they are still there. I don't recommend this place at all especially if you have 2 cars, you get home late you will be stuck looking for parking for 2 hrs.
It's a decent place to live. Grounds are kept clean and the complex is fairly quiet. Neighbors are great. Parking is pretty bad though.
Even though the apartments look good, they are very old and you can hear all going on from any apartment in the building. Sadly we moved in because it's location to the themed parks, little did we know that the housing in general was not worth the price. The pool is barely washed one or twice a year, that was my biggest dislike. And if you are scared of insects, get ready, roaches are everywhere, somehow if u keep ur apt clean u only see one or three per week, we assumed it was our neighbors fault, until 6 other apts residents told us they were having the same issue. Plus if you are an outsider, well as usual around this area parking spaces are as far as three blocks away, and you only get one parking lot per apartment. Over all somehow good, because it's closeness to the parks. O yeah and the 24hr 'gym'.
This apartment complex will lie to you to get you in the door. And after you get in here, they will start going to work on you. They will not tell you about their termite problem until after they have your signature on the contract. There is also a lot of roaches and spiders. The washing machine are plenty, but you have to find one open, and then you have to make sure it works because 40% of them will be broken. And if you put your money in and it doesn't work, don't count on getting your money back.
You wouldn't think a complex with at least 100 tenants, would be so amazing with maintenance turn around time. On top of that the complex overall is relatively quite. Out of the 8 months of living here, I've heard a baby cry once at night and another TV set twice, which is amazing!!! You are definitely getting your money's worth when you move in here, it's a nice price for such a spacious apartment. You will not regret it!
Pleased with the complex overall. Unit size is spacious. One of the bad things is parking. You have one assigned car port but the second spot is first come first serve so sometimes it's a hassle to find parking. Guest parking is practically non existent.
I have been living at this property for over four years and have nothing bad to write about. I have been really blessed to have great and respectful upstairs neighbors. I have to give a special recognition to the office staff for their great customer service, above all the property manager Jason. Jason lives on-site, so he is always around and is very dependable, even outside of normal business hours. He is always willing to lend a hand with any issues that might come from living here. I don't think service has a price in my opinion, so as far as I'm concerned this place deserves every dollar I spend for rent every month. Before I moved in here I did some apartment hunting in near by neighborhoods and cities and this apartment community is by far the best I've seen, considering you live in Anaheim.
We were really impressed with the apartment. It was spacious, well appointed & well located. Jason was very helpful, he is very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what we were looking for. Everything was flawless from going to look at the apartment to the move in. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great spacious apartment, love the location so close to Disneyland, great staff that is willing to help and always care about their tenants.
