impressed by maintenance staff Isaiah did a great job setting expectations when it came to fixing my refrigerator and dishwasher. He was nice enough to even keep my delivery safe and keep my roomba from eating my rug when I was not home. This man deserves a raise.

Hannah is the best I moved here a couple weeks ago and have been extremely pleased so far. Hannah with management has far exceeded my expectations. I moved here from Florida and had to ship my car. Due to the flight issues on July 19th, I wasnt able to be there in time for my car when it arrived. She took the keys for me which was so nice. Not only that, I also had a mattress and bed frame shipped from Amazon, and it arrived before I moved in. She made sure my mattress and bed frame was put into my apartment for me. I mean, she absolutely goes above and beyond! I am truly happy and impressed. If you’re worried about parking, don’t be. I saw older reviews that aren’t accurate. There’s plenty of parking that you pay less than 10 dollars a month for. If you work late, there’s plenty or overflow parking. Plus the two gyms are amazing. You’ll enjoy it here. -Erica

Happy Home Heather was wonderful to work with and mad the process a breeze! She knew I was on a time crunch and went above and beyond to make it happen. The best part about my new home is that I can confirm the door is locked and control the AC from my phone!

Excellent Presentation We came a few minutes early but was still greeted with a handshake, and a smile. We were shown the size of the apt. We are seeking. the whole place was well kept and the hallways were clean too. There were no lingering odors of any kind. We were really concerned about pet odors as we don't have any pets. To our surprise there were no pet odors in the area we were shown. Your representative did a great job.

Communicate Well! Went and toured a different apartment complex across the street but could not get any response from them whatsoever afterward that. This apartment complex answered on the first ring, was knowledgeable, and most importantly helpful when I needed to use an assistance program they had never heard of before. I was able to get everything squared away within a month while working around mine and my roomate's work, school, and life schedules.

After two years being here I can say with confidence I absolutely love these apartments and they have set the bar high for me. The community is amazing, the little get togethers they do, treats for residents, it’s really something not many apartments do. I am currently searching to move to another state and am so bummed their property management is not in this state. Maintenance is quick, and kind. The front desk is always easy to get ahold of.

Transferred to a bigger until when our lease was up. As always, Heather was great and helped us every step of the way.

My car was stolen last week. It had been vandalized a few months prior. Dozens have cars have gone missing over the past year and management does nothing. No increased patrols, no cameras, nothing.

We are disappointed to learn of your experience here at Parkhouse, but will take this opportunity to improve. There has been an unfortunate uptick in crime in the Denver Metro area, but we will continue to work with our local PD and Courtesy Patrol company.
Don’t rent here. See there in human responses to all the reviews. A twitter bot has more personality. They will just take your money and not care about anything else once you sign you’re lease.

Husband and I just sold our home and thought this complex looked good for the next 3 years until we move out of state. I guess the reviews are right.. we walked in and the lady and I think her husband were so rude and basically didn't have time for us. Called just now to schedule a tour and they hung the phone up on me 3 times when they answered. This management company needs to clean house with these agents.They're costing this company lots of money and horrible a reputation. Its a shame the property looks nice.THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS ARE.. 100 PERCENT RIGHT.

I have been her for over a year and a half and we have filled are first service request for this issue over half year ago and since then are have call 2 more time. to this date 3-10-21 its still not fixed when they said they are going to order a new peace the first time and given how much rent is its a joke at this point

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ll make it easy for anyone looking for a rental apartment. DO NOT LEASE AN APARTMENT FROM HERE. The management are arrogant and unwilling to work with lease holders, we have had an ongoing water leak issue in our 3 bedroom apartment since October. Of which multiple attempts/contractors, etc have been to the apartment over and over again, my son has been left without a bedroom for a total of 2 months, the last time because it took 3 weeks to get contractor bids for the job to complete it. We worked with maintenance to get it repaired over and over again and when we asked for some remuneration for basically living in a 2 bed apartment yet paying for a 3 bed we were met with a “here’s a $100 credit” and a “you should be grateful for that” attitude from Parkhouse management. So if you are deciding on changing or moving apartments please take it from someone who already made this mistake. Do not move to Parkhouse Thornton. We absolutely cannot wait till our lease is up so we can move out.

The good - Facilities Parkhouse has gorgeous grounds, apartments, and community centers. The work out rooms are stocked with equipment that you would find at a gym, so it is possible to get a decent workout in beyond running on treadmills. The few and minor maintenance issues I have had have been resolved promptly. The Bad - Management Parkhouse is continually trying to get you to pay for more things by making everyday things cost you money. Examples include: Vallet trach. You are required to purchase this service on signing your lease. My apartment is ten steps away from the dumpster, and I could not get it waved. Vallet Trash will only take your trash if it is a single sealed bag. If you leave your trash can out longer then a night. That's a $40 fine. Guest parking. There was a valid complaint at the lack of guest parking spots. So management got rid of guest parking and started charging $2 a night for a guest vehicle. Have somebody over past seven and forget to register their car? The car is towed. Reserved parking. Signs went up on all parking spots close to buildings. Now to park in a spot by your building, you will need to pay $65 a month to park there. Park there without a reserved tag you will be towed. Miss a rent payment because their automatic bill pay system did not charge your card? Expect a notice with a threat of eviction on your door rather than a phone call. Should you live here? Depends. Can you afford the extra money each month to pay not to be inconvenienced? Message to management - Please stop instituting new policies that would have discouraged people from signing a lease with you if they had known about them at the time. Grandfather in current leaseholders and institute the new policy when they resign up.
