Rosie, the apartment manager and Enrique the property maintenance engineer are always super available and resolve any issue quickly and efficiently. The rent here is approximately 20%-25% less than comparable apartments in this neighborhood. The building recently painted all balconies and added work out equipment for the tenants to enjoy. Absolutely fabulous place to live 5 year tenant:)
