The Thrasher's Corner-Red Hawk is a small suburban neighborhood and commercial hub about five miles north of Downtown Bothell. The neighborhood features a mix of mid-range to upscale single-family homes in subdivisions along with modern apartment complexes. Along Bothell-Everett Highway (also known as Highway 527) residents have access to several grocers, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. Property Ratings at Parklane Townhomes
We have lived here for 25+ years, and we love our home and the atmosphere of the complex! The apartments are spacious and quiet. The current management of Suzy and maintenance of Nat are excellent! They are personable, friendly, professional and experts in their fields. We feel safe here, and there is a feeling of community. We love the layout of the apartment and each fourplex, and we knew the original owners who planned this complex and the care that was taken in building it. Much work is being done this year to renovate the grounds and structures. We highly recommend that you make this your home, too!
I’ve lived at Parklane Townhomes for the last 13 years. It’s been a great place to live. What Parklane is not: Not a lot of “amenities.” No pool, clubhouse, exercise room, media room, 24-hour yoga instructor, concierge, or playground. There is a basketball court, where I’ve seen residents play basketball and cricket. (I’ve learned a bit about cricket watching them.) Although mostly an adult community, there are kids here, and like kids do, they find each other, become friends and play outside. Sometimes they get loud. Not every day, and not for very long. If loud kids upset you, you might consider living somewhere else. Or remember when you were a kid. What Parklane is: Very spacious apartments. The rent is very reasonable based on the size of the apartments and the local market. Washers and dryers in each unit. Grounds are very well maintained and very attractive. This is a community for adults who want a quiet, safe, clean place to live. Best part of Parklane is the staff. The onsite manager is very responsive - all of my calls and questions are responded to the same day. The maintenance staff is friendly, responsive and above all they know how to fix things. In my 13 years here, the dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer and dryer all stopped working at some point. One phone call, and all were fixed or replaced within a couple of days. I can recommend Parklane Townhomes as a great place to live, short term or long term.
I've lived here for two years and have had great experiences as a resident during this time, especially with the change in management and maintenance staff in the last several months. They've been super responsive to any requests I've made, and communication has been terrific. The location is very convenient, though there is road noise the closer your unit is to BEH. Grounds are kept up so nicely, too! The change in maintenance staff in the last several months has been a welcome one - previous requests took a while to fulfill (perhaps due to COVID restrictions sometimes?), but since the turnover, my requests have been addressed so quickly and timeline for anything that required ordering parts was communicated to me right there.
We moved her about a year ago. It is a wonderful place to live. Very kid friendly. I absolutely love my neighbors, we got very lucky! We have made some lifetime friends here. Suzy the manager is amazing and so friendly. Nat the maintenance manger is great! I will renew and stay here longer. I feel safe and I know my daughter is safe too. Great place to live. Lots of yard to play in for the kids and us adults. Wonderful community!
The management was good a few years ago but since then, we have a clueless and rude manager and maintenance staff. Their responses (if they even respond) are lackluster and unhelpful. We once needed maintenance help with GETTING INTO OUR UNIT because the lock was broken and they deemed it not urgent enough. The buildings are so run down and infested with mold (even had pest control going into units because of animals living in the attic or walls). Manager treats the tenants (who have been here longer, I might add) like they're idiots. Its a mess. Don't bother.
