I’ve truly enjoyed my experience at Parkline Chicago Apartments. I live in a one bedroom apartment with my girlfriend. It is quiet, clean, and a great location.
Love the apartment! Staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly - especially the front desk. Makes coming home so much nicer. Minor things but I wish the WiFi in the common areas was more reliable and the air vents on 18 made less noise when they randomly turn on/off. Both of these make the office rooms upstairs almost unusable for work and calls.
This building is very nice and the staff are the loveliest people. There is wonderful and easy access to all the different train lines since the building is right in the loop.
Living in the Park Line Chicago apartment has been a fantastic experience. I absolutely love the environment here – it’s vibrant, lively, and full of energy. The security measures in place provide a great sense of safety, making it a comfortable place to call home. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here.

I’ve had a great year here. It’s so easy to make friends here and the amenities are nice. Chicago is a pretty gross place to live but living here is truly a luxury and I would’ve left a long time ago. I love Chicago so much now because there’s so many fun things to do and at the end of the day I go home to a beautiful, pristine place. The management and staff are the kindest people ever. I have so many good things to say about management here I could write a novel about it. Same with the concierge and cleaning staff. I always seem to get caught up in a fun conversation with them when I see them.

Parkline has been a great building for the last 2 years for me. It is close to everything in downtown Chicago and accessible to public transportation. My only piece of feedback is that the walls are thin - between units and in the hallway - which has kept me up late on several occasions. Staff is fantastic and has always made me feel safe, even when there’s activity in the city on busy weekends. Lastly - over my two years living here, it has become a bit more of a college-focused building vs young professionals given proximity to Booth and other programs.
