I had the worst experience . Absolutely worst . Being a new resident to the state and being treated they way I was during my move in process was unprofessional. This place needs a whole new management company or they will become the downfall of this property.

this building is falling apart. DON'T MOVE HERE. recurring issues so i can save you the headache: - water outage - building is unsafe, cops are here every other week, blood on the lobby floors after a fight broke out - elevators stop working for 3 months straight - airbnber's trash the place - pipes are loud and stops working - jacuzzi is green time-to-time and feels like a hot stew - mail/packages are always backed up - dog poop and pee in the walking/common areas of the building - dirty neighbors that let there dog poop in the balcony and building does nothing - security is trash; homeless guys can come up to the pool anytime - trash in the service elevators because of dirty residents I can't be making this up, plus they just upped the trash fee and amenities fee and PEST fee when pest control doesn't even do anything. They won't let me talk to Corporate for some reason. Don't be fooled. It's not a luxury building. It's a piece of Trash.
was not at all as expected. was just told by valet that 2 of the 4 parking elevators will not be fixed for a while (2-3 months) causing massive delays to get car and return car. management trying to squeeze out money on more fees. very slow process to fix any issue you might have.
I see other residents have similar issues in these reviews. It happens to be a nice looking building and nice feel in the apartment but read all these reviews. the negative ones have a lot of truth. not worth the price tag
for these prices in downtown you would expect better luxury and better management if the compromise is living away from the main brickell action. rent market is slowly coming down and I would recommend brickell or brickell key which is a nicer area and close to the same price. this building had potential but like many said it isnt managed well. weak security setup, noises, parking problems, takes a while to fix things. you dont expect those issues when paying these prices.

This is by far one of the best rental building in the area. The amenities are by far some of the best. The staff are wonderful, Kelly / Rodrigo and Manny at the front desk makes the living experience better.

beware! this building is now under new management - which is AWFUL. I've never had a more low end, over priced experience. Concierge is never able to be found or helpful. Management is not at all helpful. FULL OF AIRBNBS - low end scene. THUMPING MUSIC AT ALL HOURS WITH NO RECOURSE OR CONSEQUENCES FROM MANAGEMENT. Management/security won't even call or knock on the door of these Airbnb renters to make them turn down music blaring at 4 am on a week day. It's pathetic and unacceptable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I REGRET RENTING HERE SO BADLY - PLEASE IF I CAN HELP ANYONE ELSE.

Alarming and odd recent phenomenon where apparently many units are being Airbnb'd and this place is turning into a bit of a circus with many strangers accessing building and no real vetting process. Could be the new management is allowing Airbnbs which severely devalues this building.

Poorly run building. Management refuses to respond to any messages. The staff holds zero regard for their clients and utilize shady business practices to sign new leases. If I were you I would find a better managed building as there are hundreds of better options than this in Miami.

The application process was so clear and easy! The website is easy to navigate and contact info/helpful information is not hard to find. After dealing with confusing application processes (for buildings that are not as nice as Parkline) it was a relief to skip all the politics and get my application in!

The amenities at Parkline Miami are unrivaled throughout Downtown Miami. From the magnificent pools, jacuzzis, restaurants and lounges and all the way to the remarkable two-acre Sky Park, it’s obvious why so many are talking about the new tower at Parkline.

The application process for Parkline Miami was the easiest application I’ve ever completed. It was quick and straight forward and I was approved and found my home within days. I love everything about Parkline Miami and seriously an easy application process just helped start my experience off on the right off.

The units are spacious and trendy - however they have no soundproofing. My neighbors upstairs are driving me crazy - Not sure if they are wrestling, running around playing tag or all of the above - but I easily hear their screaming, banging on the walls and floor at all times of the day and night. Unreliable valet parking (30-40+ minutes to retrieve car) so I would advise parking in garage. Packages and mail is often misdelivered. Random fire alarms go off at random times of the night. I'm literally counting down until the end of my lease as this is just absurd for this price point

ParkLine Miami is a great place. Beautiful upscale modern apartments. Great atmosphere. The views from the higher level apartments are breathtaking. Clean, secure, easy access to waterfront areas, and friendly staff. Hopefully moving in soon. I love it.
