I’ve lived here for over 6 years and I enjoy it a lot. The amenities like the pool, gym and dog park are great additions. As with any complex there can be frustrations like loud neighbors, slamming doors and people not cleaning up after their animals. Parkridge is an excellent community and I have toured all of the Lake Oswego complexes. The updated units are attractive and cozy, the grounds are spacious and nicely landscaped, and the buildings are spread out (unlike many complexes where the buildings are crammed on top of each other). The office staff are caring, helpful, and respectful, the maintenance staff are highly skilled and personable. The location can't be beat. It's safe and convenient to shopping, medical, roads and more. Highly recommended.

It's a beautiful apartment complex. I really like all the grassy areas and room for dogs. The pool is very nice and clean as well same with the hot tub.

Parkridge is the best apartment community around, and I have seen them all. The updated units are attractive and comfortable, the buildings are spread out among beautiful landscaping, and the location can't be beat. Parkridge is a great community! Very peaceful, lots of places to hike nearby with your dog. Also on site dog park as well. The apartments are well maintained with balcony and washer/dryer included. The staff here make the move in process very smooth and also just friendly and quick to respond. I definitely recommend this property!

We love living here. Very peaceful environment, especially for how many people live here. Love the nature walks & the view from my apartment. Loving that the gutters were cleaned! Staff is very pleasant and the property well maintained. I have personal yard items on my deck & patio, Noone has bothered any of my property, including my vehicles. We love watching the hummers, other birds & squirrels from the huge windows. So tranquil. Just love it.

We've been living at Parkridge Apartments for a few weeks now, and it is a well-maintened and well-managed apartment complex in a fantastic location. I have lived here for 3 years. In 2022 construction began. This is annoying but not that bad. What is bad is the lengths that the current on-site manager will go to obfuscate and confuse people. I originally was going to write a post telling people to look at the dates on the reviews - because older reviews are good... When this property had good people working here. But now it's awful.... I was horrified when I looked at the dates of the reviews on this website..... I can't prove that they are fake but as an actual resident I can say they in no way reflect the CURRENT situation for MOST of the buildings on the property. It is possible that a tenant on the far side might not be impacted by the construction but I doubt

We love it here; the brightness and natural light of the unit is ideal. I love that I do not have anyone above or below us, we have wood burning stove and wrap around back porch. The staff is super friendly and professional. Love the view of forest trees and night skies along with the variety of birds that we watch daily. Having access to the rec center and onsite pool, gym, and spa; along with the endless trails of the area make this an ideal location for our family.

Love the access to nature & rec center. Great amenities. Love all the natural light & the light fixtures above the dining table. My apartment has max privacy, my own patio entrance & wrap around deck. Haven't heard my neighbors yet so that it amazing. Staff is professional & kind. So far, no complaints, we love it here.

I have lived at Parkridge for 11 months now and just renewed my lease. I plan on staying here until I am ready to buy a home. The community and neighborhood are incomparable. The location is absolutely perfect, with a grocery store and a walking trail both right outside our doors. The apartment staff are all very helpful, kind, and great too. I truly love living here. The only complaint I have is that the rent is steep but I guess we are in Lake Oswego so we are partially paying for the location.

I love living here. The apartment units are stylishly remodeled, the buildings are spread out with big trees. The management staff are kind and caring. The maintenance staff are skilled and so very helpful. This location can't be beat. It is safe, convenient to shopping, medical, and major highways are not far. Highly recommended.

We have been here for over 6 years and it feels like home! We love our fireplace and privacy we have. We have always felt safe here. The staff if very friendly and helpful.

The place you bring your family when you are done dealing with all the burdens of apartment living. Everything goes smoothly from application to move in to any problems that may come up. Office staff are very cooperative and friendly to work with. The complex is filled with families and working adults. Always very quiet and super clean, the office does a great job at staying on top of concerns, complaints, and the apartment grounds just look fenominal. 10/10 would recommend any one to move here.

Parkridge 1 is an excellent apartment community. The buildings are spread out and the property has many trees. The updated units are attractive and modern. The office staff are great. Cynthia is so very warm and friendly and she clearly cares about people. Noel has a kind heart and has been very supportive over the years. Manager Jasmine seems super nice when we have emailed, I just have not met her in person yet. Maintenance staff are the absolute best! Nate works very hard, has the best attitude, and could not be kinder and more personable. Shane is very highly skilled, is just the nicest guy ever and goes above and beyond. Jarren is just wonderful, efficient and hard-working, and I appreciate him as well. The apartment community's location can't be beat. The safe neighborhood is convenient to parks, shopping, schools, medical, highways, and more.

What you need to know before deciding to move to this complex: just don’t. Parkridge is a Greystar community. And lesson learned, Greystar is only after your money and truly does not care about you. Horrible lack of timely communication. I never received a move out statement, I had to ask management MULTIPLE times. When it was finally emailed it to me, it included a late fee. The indoor complex hallways smell of garbage, smoke, and are filthy. People leave their trash near the entrance all the time. The building isn’t secure, some of the exterior doors don’t even lock. There were cracks in the corners of my bedroom and living room ceiling where I found ants crawling down. The pool was closed for more than half the summer due to mechanical issues. For what you’re paying each month, you should expect it to be way nicer to live here. It’s clear that these buildings are extremely outdated and are falling apart. I was charged both a $120 carpet cleaning fee and $140 cleaning fee, after I spent hours cleaning the unit and making sure it was in great condition with minimal spots on the carpet. I had a walk through with staff and they confirmed everything looked good. I wasn’t informed or aware I was going to be charged for two cleaning services, my apartment was CLEAN, and I wasted so much time making sure it was. The only reason I’m giving Parkridge 1 star is because the staff is friendly — Noel, Jarin, and Shane are great. Maintenance issues were completed quick and in a timely manner. The best thing about the complex is the location, it’s close to New Seasons, Hanko’s Sports Bar, and the Mountain Park walking trails. Overall, I’m happy I have moved to a nicer apartment elsewhere.

We do not charge for anything unless there is a need, such as the stains on the carpet that you mentioned. These charges are determined by our vendors and not our team. When notice is given we also provide a detailed move out packet to help our residents plan for any potential move out expenses. We are sorry to hear that there were some issues in the common spaces while you were here, and wish that they had been reported while you were here so that we could have addressed them for you. We apologize if the move out charges were not what you were hoping for, and are glad to hear that you have settled into a space where you are happier. Parkridge is the best apartment community I have ever lived at! Its clean, quiet and beautiful with all the trees! Everyone is respectful and nice; full of families/kids. Location is awesome! Office and maintenance staff are very nice! The only thing I was upset about was that the apartment was not as clean as it should have been. But the office team understood and sent a cleaning crew for our carpet and blinds!

Lake Oswego Parkridge Apartments are the largest and most well maintained apartments in the area. And the scenery is also very nice. The staff are very friendly to the residents and always try their best. The residents are also very friendly and polite. I would recommend this part to my friends.

I just moved in a couple weeks ago and am loving it so far! The location is absolutely perfect, the leasing staff (Noel and Jasmine) are so nice and helpful, and the community is very well kept and in great condition.
