We have lived in The Parks of Hunter's Creek for nearly 16 years and love it! The proximity to an award-winning community, descent shops and grocery stores, combined with the community amenities make this place an exceptional place to live, regardless of your life's season. We enjoy our neighbors and the staff is very friendly and approachable, going above and beyond to resolve any question or issue that arises. The maintenance staff is top-notch! They are right there, ready to help, when any issue needs their help to resolve. We expect to remain within this community for the foreseeable future.
Awesome location. Gym needs an upgrade. Office staff and maintenance team are great. Just moved to an upgraded unit and it’s been very nice!

Thursday December 5th our fitness center is scheduled to receive some new equipment. Three treadmills, stair climber and a bicep and tricep machine.
Posting for parents: My parents retired and moved to the Parka this past February. They love the Parks. Staff is super friendly. They love their morning walks along the walking trail. The food trucks are a big plus too.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. I genuinely wish I could give Parks at Hunters Creek a good review but these last couple of months has completely changed my mind about this place. Let’s start off with the office staff and management, it's extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone despite calling, emailing or texting. If you’re lucky enough to get a hold of someone get prepared for unnecessary attitude, rudeness and disrespect. Cutting you off mid sentence and brushing off your concerns. As for the community itself, they decided to replace the beautiful grass with desert shrubs and rocks. Making the community unsafe for children and it’s no longer pet friendly. The construction work is scattered all around and nothing ever looks done. However, I would like to say thank you to the maintenance team. They are absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. No matter what time or day of the week, they are happy and willing to help to with all your concern.

Very clean and very friendly and interactive office staff Deloris and Mihela are my favorite of I spelled anyone’s name wrong l, the property manager TJ is always hands on with me and helps resolve anything that the other girls cannot help with amazing community that provides independent businesses to come spread their talents via of food trucks groomers etc definitely the place to live

My family and I used to love living here. The community used to be a beautiful place until they destroyed our lawns and put rocks and desert shrubs in its place. Construction work is scattered around the community and nothing ever looks done. Once the construction work is completed, the community will no longer be safe for our children or pet friendly. As for the staff and management, good luck getting a hold of them. They say our “input matters” to them yet when you have a concern or issue it takes days to get a response. Now, if you’re lucky enough to get in contact with one of staff member, they are rude and unhelpful. Always cutting you off mid sentence and brush off your concerns. So your “input” doesn’t matter to them. However, maintenance is amazing here. No matter what time or day of the week, they are willing to help and look at any other concerns you may have during their visit.

Just moved into a renovated unit. Everything is really nice and the apartment looks great. Move in process was really easy thanks to Dolores and Britney, they were super helpful and made sure it all went as smooth as possible.

Friendly Staff, Plenty to Do, Love the Occasional Food Trucks. Wish we can have more than 2 guests at the pool area at a time though but aside from that, great area to live in.

Great office staff (the one I have talked with), don't use the amenities much but they are nice as well, parking is a pain at certain times a day, and some traffic noise.

This place is home sweet home. The upgrades are amazing to what it used to look like. The floors are non carpeted besides the stairs which is perfect. We have love the apartments ever since we toured the facility in March 2024. The neighborhood is quiet and your neighbors are respectful. The leasing office are exceptional helpful especially Dolores. Once you meet her you will want to sign the contract immediately!

We enjoy the complex, park is rough at times and landscaping is horrid. Hearing barking dogs all day everyday is rough . We enjoy the pool when it is open and the grills. Maintenance staff is amazing.

Was a little messy getting sorted out. Wasn’t shown the amenities or tour of the property so we had to basically self teach certain things. Mail key wasn’t properly keyed and a few small issues in the beginning. All around it’s a nice area and staff seems to be very friendly.

I have lived at The Parks for the past 18 years and recently moved to a new.y renovated apartment. The stainless steel appliances, including a deep tub washer and dryer, gleaming countertops, wooden flooring and white cabinets makes the place so modern. I love my new apartment!

My husband and I have been living at the Parks for 4 years. Great location! The only complaint is the gym needs an upgrade. Friendly office staff and the maintenance guys are great also!
