The people in the office have attitudes when you call , parking lots and landscapes are always trashy and the grass rarely gets cutt . Maintainence is slow . Rent keep increasing
Major rent increases every renewal. Maintenance is the only good part about living there. Condoms found on property grounds..a lot. Renters portal is unhelpful, messages come late.
Place Looks Great - Availability is wrong They have a long wait list. Through the next few months.
