Terrible ! Been living out here for almost a year . The apartments are infected with roaches . The unit they moved me in had roaches in fridge the first day we moved in . Couple months later our lights went out for a whole week had to pay for hotels because of an old stove we had to replace . They didn’t compensate anything for hotels or food that wasted while lights were out About two months after that air conditioning went out it was summer and hot ! Now three months after that we can’t use our heater it’s winter had to use money to buy heaters can’t use our stove or take a hot shower because our water heater wire caught on for and we had to call the fire fighters for that as well overall just don’t move here it’s ghetto to and you can hear everything your neighbors move and even say just cheap and terrible management and terrible neighbors . They shouldn’t even have one star just a overall ZERO !!!

These roach infested apartments are still very poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

New management is horrible. Communications is awful and rude. They removed 6-8 dumpsters for one compactor that overflows every weekend. Dogs around it every night. They will never give a tour on the weekend or show you the complete property. Circle for yourself and check.

This community is disgusting. Trash is all over the property. There are huge roaches all over the area inside the apartments and outside of the apartments. There is mold and leaks all throughout the community. People move in one month and out the next because the living conditions and management are horrible. I have witnessed with my own eyes people telling management about missing stoves and sinks out of there apartment and cold water while the managers told the people in the community to just deal with it.

I am a tenant. My advice would be to make sure you see the apartment before you sign a lease or give them any money. It is a roach motel. The management team and maintenance is lazy. Poorly ran and not worth the monthly rental amount. Nothing is up to date about it. The inside of the apartments look nothing like the pictures. Don't rent here, you will regret it, just like I regret it and will not be renewing my lease. I see they removed my previous poor review.

Pros-The rent is affordable , the staff is always convenient and helpful, clean complex. Cons mild pest control but problem resolved.

I've been very satified with my one bedroom thus far. The space is very nice and the location is near work and the interstate. I have had some issues in the past with management, but things are really shaping up and may go ahead and renew my lease. The pricing in this area is going up and I'm not seeing a lot within my price point, but the area has been quiet and I havent had many issues with pest control since the years that I've been living here. Staff takes care of things pretty good also. Everybody knows each other and looks out for one another which is great. They are adding new things like the god park and such and I've noticed that maintenance is new.

Since new management we have had some nice changes. I have been here for several years and am enjoying the new improvements to the property. I plan on staying for a few more years until I purchase a home, but its been nice here and close to the kids school.

I am currently a resident and I can say that it has been much more quiet since changes has been made. The new office staff is friendly and has worked on cleaning up some of the craziness. I have already renewed my lease, also theres a nice grill area that they added that I love! Much better.

Im currently a resident here and has been for a few years now, I can honestly tell a difference since new office staff has been here. They told me that it was now under new management and with that comes some shakes ups. All in all it hasnt been bad and even have some new additions like new laundry and fitness area. Not too bad.

I lived here for 1 year and it is quite and the area is convenient since I had to be out early in the mornings it was a pretty safe neighbor hood, any questions I had the office was there to answer them to my satisfaction. They are like all the office staff is professional I appreciated that. My apt was just enough don't need a lot of space any more , the washhouse was a plus didn't have to look far to go wash, All things considered the place was home for me I was in a good place . I appreciated all the privacy no body hanging out all night ,neighbors keep to themselves at least in the building I was living in .Home is what you make of it and this was my home for a while I appreciated that and the office staff...

I’m a current student resident. I will not be renew my lease here . When new management came the prices got ridiculous and I’m in a 1 bedroom. I hate bigs and seeing roaches daily is not for me !. Although it’s quiet and ok decent size , I wouldn’t recommend living here. When i first got here it was great , affordable but not anymore . They had to fix my AC about 5 times because it kept going out , my shower wouldn’t push out water and my water pressure was always weak. The power stay going out over here and the reception Is terrible . Please if so , find somewhere else this is not the place!

These are the WORST apartments ever. Please read the reviews before deciding to move in the DUMP. Management is just AWFUL, they lie about EVERYTHING. They are currently working on the outside but please do not be fooled because I promise the insides are a complete mess. Yes the model that they show looks amazing but of course the model apartment would look amazing that's to draw you in. The rent is overpriced because these apartments are VERY small they never fix anything and if you read the reviews we are all different people we all are not telling the same lie. I am trying to save the next person the headache I promise you will thank me later. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT WASTE your money on this DUMP my lease in up in about 2 months and I promise you I will not renew my lease even if they offered cheaper rent I am on the first uhaul smoking away from these apartments.

My husband and I have been here since 2014. When we first moved in, things were great. The management staff was friendly and really cared about our concerns. Fast forward to today, what a joke! I have yet to even see the property manager or even knows what she looks like for that matter. Maintenance came by my apartment over 4 months ago stating the tile behind my toilet needed to be replaced and that the manger had to do a "walk through" to access the situation. The property manager has yet to come by my apartment, had to take cold showers for 3 months due to maintenance hooking up my water heater backwards. Complained numerous of times and even told them I believe it's hooked up incorrectly. My complaints fell on deaf ears.Creative out of the blue, happen to come by my apartment months later and hooked the water heater up correctly.Today, came home from work to no water!! without any notice the water was going to be shut off! My husband advised the water was off for at least 4 hours and again with no notice. Lastly, not to mention our rent increased by $103 with only a week's notice. To anyone that reads this review, please don't waste your time and take your money elsewhere because my husband and I surely will and will not be renewing our lease.

I moved in when it was Country Squire. Management was really nice then. The new management is HORRIBLE. The manager will not speak. My bathroom ceiling fell in from the upstairs neighbor and water was everywhere in my bathroom. They never came to treat it or dry it out. They did repair the ceiling after 3 days of calling. My refrigerator/freezer stopped and it took them 2 weeks to get me a new one. I lost my food and they would not compensate for it.. I am so done with them!!! Then the roaches. I bought my own spray so I could spray every day.

The apartments are quiet. The inside of the apartments are decent. The maintenance person is good at what he does, but it takes FOREVER for the office to get him to you! It’s takes forever to get things fixed and it’s always a problem with the water line. AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP, I WILL BE LEAVING!

I moved here a year ago mainly because it was cheap. The new rent is to high for such a small place. The walls are thin so if your neighbor smokes you basically smoke. You will smell it. The plumbing is bad and toilets over often. My uncles place floods every other month. There is a roach infestation. I'm very clean. Clean counter with bleach daily. Somehow I notice roaches still. They are in the bathroom coming from under the tub and cracks from behind the toilet. Messy carpentry around doors, windows and in general. My truck was broken into along with about 5 other people. There was a murder here earlier this year also. Also cell phone service is horrible. The power in this complex go out very often, storm or no storm.

I currently live here , my lease is up sept 31 I will mot be renewing at all I have had the worst life here ROACHES ,the whole family is here I am very clean and organized so I will see them every so often but it was too many for me don’t get fooled because they are painting either the insides are still the same these apartments are 40 something years old and it definately shows so do yourself a FAVOR AND TAKE MY WORD ! And once you’re in you’re stuck to ur lease there’s absolutely no way out and the new management sucks the grounds are starting to get trashed and they forget to pay the trash company at times there is a alarm system that will work when you get in but will not continue working as you live here this apartment is Considered Condemned Please don’t bring your kids here or anyone you care about 2 people has been killed over here in a year timing

New management is HORRIBLE my apartment has been flooded for about 2-3 weeks I haven’t been able to live there they LIED and said it was fixed which it was not I have contacted an attorney to get out of this lease the new MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE I have been here 4 years and NEVER HAD THESE KINDS OF ISSUES WHEN THE OLD MANAGEMENT WAS HERE

I have been a Resident out here for 5 year's going on 6 year's. This Property was once a 4 ?? Now it is a 2 ??. New Management Suck No more weekend openings and it's lack of compassion for the tenants. The Maintenance was once around the clock on weekdays and weekends. Now it went from 5 Maintenance guys to 2 Maintenance guys that really is 1 Maintenance guy because one is a ground keeper and No more Maintenance Service on Weekends. So Renters be warned what you see on social media advertisement and what you hear is not true. So what used to be fabulous location is now turning into a Nightmare.Soon as my Lease is up with I am gone. So be warned Do Not Move Here Because You will Regret it on Everything.

Terrible DO NOT MOVE HERE very old apartments leasing office has no sense of humanity rent increase of 100 with only a ten day notice new owners are very insensitive and heartless...will not work with you and don’t follow up on nothing they say there going to do...DONT MOVE HERE NEW OWNERS SUCK!!!!!

The area is nice and quiet nobody is just hanging around on the property. I love the fact it comes with an alarm system and that i am only minutes away from my job. The staff are very friendly and helpful i wish i would've found out about them sooner but glad i am living here now i think its a hidden gem

My apartment is beautiful.I really love not having stairs to get to my bedroom.However I would like to have a linen closet,but the layout of my unit is great!Here we have a swimming pool,laundry mat,also some apartments come with washer and dryer connection,parking IS convenient,management office staff is kind,respectful,helpful,also have security officials.Living here has been very comforting.
