Shelton Brashears. So I was approve for the apartment I applied for but later received an email saying it was no longer available. You ask me to downgrade to a Studio apartment but I politely declined. Therefore I found an apartment elsewhere but the next day you email me saying your have one available after the fact I already gave my consent with another apartment. How is it you still keep over $200 for administrative fees which I don't understand because you literally told me at the time the apartment was not available. Was I supposed to wait and hope one became available? This is so unfair to still charge someone even at the time you guys not have an availability. Customer service is really bad no can really explain to me and made promises to call me back but nothing. I hate to write an review but I felt like this is so unfair.

There has been roaches there since the 1st day I moved in. Roaches live in their walls and multiply! Unnecessary lease violations for every little small thing! And you cant have nothing on your patio/balcony or you will receive a lease violation for that too. People takes over the swimming pools. They only deal with people that they choose to deal with! Overpriced apartments just to lay with roaches all day!

Since the new management has taken over there have been many issues. New accounts for portal had to be used for monthly payments, ok no biggie we thought since online payments were already required. Wrong. Literally nobody could log into these new accounts, and they were still trying to charge late fees. To make matters worse they were understaffed and nobody was answering the phones so there was always a line of people waiting for the same issue to be resolved(mind you this is during COVID). Fast forward to nearly the middle of January, my husband went outside and noticed our reserved parking spot sign had been removed, as were all the others. He had to go to the office to ask what going on as we had received ZERO notice. My husband talked to a young woman who was the only person at the office. She wasn't even aware of the situation herself, she called her boss and we were made aware of what was going on. Letters addressing the situation were not posted on doors until AFTER the signs were removed. The letter also stated that the new cost for a reserved space would be $35 instead of $25. My husband had to go back and was assured that we would be reimbursed for the month and those with a current contract would continue to pay the $25. The same young lady also said that the price was increasing so people would be less likely to buy a reserved sign due to limited parking spots. We thought the whole thing would've been taken care of by now but there are still no new signs, they are still charging reserved spot fee, and we have not received a reimbursement. The management is understaffed and disorganized, nobody answers the phone even when there are people there, roaches are everywhere. People don't pick up after their dogs so watch your step. There are also huge brown rats in the roof and they made it into our kitchen. When I caught 1 it measured around 16 inches from nose to end of tail. I called the office and they sent pest control who put out 2 small mouse sized glue traps which did absolutely nothing. I had to use my own money to buy rat sized traps and caught a 2nd rat. Today we stopped by office to address the parking issue again and we were told that the management has changed AGAIN, we were given a new number and they didn't answer after multiple attempts to call. I'm afraid too much has happened to even think about renewing. We will be giving our 60 day notice next month.

I’ve been here since May of 2019 and so far I have had nothing but problems. Roaches, gnats, random fees, homicides. Got new management a couple months back and nothing has changed. You’d be better of taking you money elsewhere, ESPECIALLY if you have kids. Don’t waste it here!

The absolute worst experience I’ve had living in an apartment complex. Staff members are not helpful, especially the assistant manager Bobbi. She is the rudest manager this property ever had. I’m disgusted with how they treat their residents. Roaches from neighbors are taking over my apartment. I can not have guests come over with this many roaches crawling everywhere. I have NEVER lived with roaches in my life until this hole in the wall apartments. If I would of read the reviews BEFORE signing my lease I would of dodged this bullet. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a better apartment community.

I moved in and a mouse was sitting on the kitchen counter. My fridge was broken 1st day, and it took them 8 days to bring me another 1.
I have been there for three years and six months from Sept 2015 to May 18, 2019. and I have a lot of experience in this apartment. I will try to explain that one by one 1, I got security isu like somebody opened my apartment and stolen my money from my bedroom. 2, they, not turn you back your security deposit, when I rant this apartment I made security deposit finally they told me that you dot have a security deposit. as we know no one rent an apartment without making a security deposit in Texas. 3, I paid the rent of May 2019 for the whole month and I moved out on May 18, 2019, but they denied me to turn back my half month rent payment. actually, I discussed for the money back for the half-month with the management and they told me to live my new moving address to turn back my half month money within 13 days but stile they not. finally, they towed my cars without any reason when I left two days to move out.

At this time we provided onsite security patrol services 24/7, this is a gate community and our units feature alarm systems. The owner of the complex mr. Darrell shows lack of interest in his tenants and there concerns. they also tow cars even being a resident of 2 years , there are also a lot of hidden fees they fail to mention when they are price quoting you i was told 643 i currently pay 750. dont be fooled like i was.
Management shows lack of attention in wanting to fix/repair apartments in a timely basis. For example it took 8 months to fix tile in my children's bathroom (resulted in mold and other things growing) . Four days to fix a A/C water leak and now there is a hole in my "soft' walls as of today it has been five months. The parking is horrible for residents and guest is even worst.
