Property Ratings at Parkshire Apartments
The property is very outdated ! The rent amount changes monthly . And when asked it’s about the RUBS charges . The garage is very small , and the walls are very thin. I have to hear my neighbors run at all times of the night/morning . The price is not worth all the problems . Will be moving as soon as my lease is up !
Neighborhood is lovely, quiet and peaceful. Landscaping is kept up quite nicely. It is nice being so close to a park. Lots of shopping within a short distance.
Its ok. Things could be done alot quicker. For the most part I enjoy living here. Rent keeps going up, I might have to look elsewhere. Illegal dumping is becoming a problem as well. I guess there isnt too much to do about that.
Things have been great so far. A couple minor maintenance issues I need to alert the office about but appear that they will be quick fixes. The place is not very updated but spacious, has a garage, laundry hook ups and extra storage. Overall the place for the price is a steal. Right across from Willmore Park and right down from the Greenway Trail.
It has been a very great years living here, the only issue we have had this entire time is the amount of times our car has been broken into and how small the garage is.
Nice area close to the park and grocery store/pharmacy. Maintenance could be a bit better same with the company that owns the property but overall no major issues
No improvements have been made since I moved in more than 12 years ago. Even though rent increases, I haven’t been approached for any updates
Parkshire is a quiet community that lies across from a park. Staff are very friendly and helpful when we have maintenance issues. It is also nice to have a garage.
I have lived in Parkshire Apartments going on 20 years now. I love the attached garage, and the large square footage of the apartments. And right across from a lovely park.
It has been a pleasure living here. Neighborhood is lovely and close to the park. Maintenance has always been timely. Landscaping is always cared for.
They keep raising the rent but the apartments keep falling apart. They raise the rent but nothing in the apartments are updated. The inside of the apartments look very old.
The property itself is OK. Good space, for the cost. However, they have raised rent every year, including during the pandemic. Have even added on a "lability fee" to reimburse them for their own insurance. On top of whatever Renters Insurance we have with an insurance company. because that additional fee does not cover our personal property. During the pandemic we have not received a break at any point. Instead, they are charging us additional fees, to cover their business losses.
our air conditioning unit went out, and Parkshire Apartments let it go unfixed for a month in the summer. they ignored our calls, kept jerking us around, and the overall quality of the apartments is just cheap. definitely overpriced for the quality. landlord ignored maintenance issues.
