Parkside at the Highlands Apartments

So far, I have been loving my apartment. The community is kept very clean and seems very peaceful. I have yet to try the amenities, but am looking forward to it.

I’ve loved living here so far. It’s only been 3 months but it’s been a wonderful 3 months. My husband and I enjoy the privacy, easy access to Pooler, and the wonderful staff and neighbors.

Love living here. Office staff are very polite and communication is easy with them. I highly recommend Parkside at the Park a great place to live.

Very professional and welcoming. Anything I’ve needed assistance with has been immediately addressed. I would definitely recommend to others.

The neighborhood is pretty quiet. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. The office staff is amazing. They definitely made the experience pleasant and smooth.

Quiet clean place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Located close to stores and restaurants and I-95. Close to Jacksonville, Charleston. Beautiful area to live in.

This is by far the most friendly, down to earth, understand and functional property I have ever stayed at. I am looking forward to years with this amazing team.

I have enjoyed living here. Great experiences, Great customer service from the leasing office and the maintenance department. Maintenance comes quick after putting in a ticket.

Everyone is fairly nice. It’s a great neighborhood. The apartments themselves are also very nice as well as the staff. The pool and game room are also well kept

By far the worst apartment complex I've ever moved to. Cockroach infections on move-in day. Broken pipes daily work order. Just one(1) maintenance worker for the whole complex. Rusty appliances. Smelly and dirty hallways. The list goes on and on...

The staff is amazing! The property and apartments are very nice. I’m incredibly happy I chose to live here! It is truly a great property at a great price.

Friendly and professional staff. Maintenance is always right there to fix any issue and also very friendly and professional the community is quiet and they do food trucks and game nights and try to involve the community

Office staff is very helpful and professional as is the maintenance crew. Very prompt on repairs and issues. They do there best to make you feel at home

Hands down a great apartment complex! Janice and Kristen are so informative, kind, and on top of things in the office. I brought a complaint to Kristen and it was handled quickly, no questions asked! The maintenance team is so fast. I sent in a work order for a light being out and my ring doorbell went off within an hour! The apartment is really spacious. I didn’t think I cared about a view but listen these ponds with fountains are beautiful in the morning. They have two exits out of the apartment which is a game changer with all the traffic on Benton Blvd. Overall we have nothing but good things to say about Parkside!

Responds to maintenance request in a timely manner. Very friendly office staff. Move in was painless. Very good very good. If I have to keep going i might just die from the word vomit

Good place to live appliances are cheap and rent cost to much but it's decent it definitely could be better they also have garages which is cool i wish they had a car wash station

Working with the staff in the weeks leading up to closing was wonderful. They were very helpful and led me to make an informed decision on which apartment to get. My husband and I absolutely love our new home and have been excited to experience all that the community has to offer

Overall living at the Parkside at the Highlands apartment complex has been an enjoyable and positive experience. However the only downfall is that people who have dogs let them poop not only on the grass patches where people walk but also on the sidewalks! It’s just unsanitary and lazy and I think there should be surveillance to monitor the neighborhood not only to find out who is not picking up after their pets but also for safety measures and incase of incidents the cameras can be a back up for any case no matter big or small. Otherwise the staff is friendly and considerate when it comes to leasing questions or requests. We love the pool area and the updated amenities. Thank you for your time!

The staff is very responsive in the neighborhood is very nice. Great customer service. The area is kept pretty clean and Maintenance has a good response Time frame.

The community is very peaceful and centrally located. Generally, residents care about their surrounding, but there are some new people who don't care and keep the property filthy. However, the employees are very responsive if you let them know that there is a mess somewhere.

Just got approved for a place and they were pretty efficient and good communication skills and responds quickly to emails and every one in the office is nice and professional!!! Looking forward to enjoying my new apartment!!

New in the area so far very quiet and clean. Reminds me of NYS. Had one of the greatest experiences with Kristen, she's professional and knows exactly how to convince you to move to Parkside??. So far everyone I love it.

Not well kept. Office people don’t care to help you. Always trash everywhere. Looks nice from the outside but once you’re in you’ll see this place is not what it seems.

It’s a good place to stay I would recommend this apartment to anyone. To me it’s a luxury apartment it has great space nice size kitchen and bathroom it’s pet friendly I wish it was more parking but other that that it’s a wonderful apartment

10/10! I love Kristen. I have been staying here for over a year and I have no compliant. Any maintenance issues I have get taken care of in a timely manner as well.

Highly recommend. Besides a brief bug problem everything was perfect. Staff very friendly. Events and food trucks are amazing. Dog wash area is my favorite.

I have really loved the staff. Any time I have had an issue, is quick to resolve it. They are polite and reliable. The keep the grounds clean and I really appreciate the neighborhood events.

I really enjoy living here. Dog friendly community. Extremely clean community. The pool is always open yet never any disturbances. We also have food trucks that visit a couple times a month for us to enjoy.

I like it here very much. It’s so quiet and peaceful and it has everything that we needed. The staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance staff is very punctual and dependable when they are needed.

I enjoy being a residence here. The people are friendly and the Staff are friendly. I do wish that the valet trash was more consistent. In the beginning it was great but sometimes it's not picked up even on the days it's supposed to be.

Pretty quiet and nice staff people. The maintenance staff is very quick with everything getting fixed and the amenities are always kept well.

Cost the same as apartments with granite counters all while having wooden counters and sandpaper bathroom floors. Might have been worth the 1st discounted year, but move immediately or you'll feel like you're being robbed to live in a cardboard box.

It’s a quiet place. From the office staff to the maintenance staff they are on top of any issues. Friendly and helpful. There are 2 areas which need improvement. The trash around the grounds and an updated gym.

This is an absolutely amazing place to live! I’ve really enjoyed the amenities and all the wonderful extra activities that is provided and available to me as a resident!

These apartments are so clean a nice, the view is nice ,over all good neighborhood . They also have good amenities, free dog wash ,game room pool that open year-round, cool right!!

The package delivery is awful! They just drop them wherever they want! I did send a complaint in. Did no good. Other issue is fitness center is not maintained. A lot of equipment not functional. So basically paying an amenities fee for a fitness center I can’t enjoy.

I have been here a few months and I am still enjoying my stay here. I have experienced the service of the leasing office as well as maintenance and I was well pleased with both.

The apartment is nice however they tack om a bunch of little nonsense charges to your rent every month on top of being to expensive as is and then one day they might come come and say that you randomly owe them 500 dollars because of a error on their part and will still expect you to pay it happy apartment living I guess...

Great staff and living space. It’s quite quiet and I couldn’t ask for a better place. I’ve had frequent gnats in my building though and the walls are quite thin. You can hear heavy footers above me.

So far everything has still been good, I’m already considering renewing my lease. My daughter is not a fan of the fountains in the pool but she loves to go to the gym lol

Going on 5 months of living here and the community is still very welcoming. Highly recommend moving here! I haven’t had any issues and the leasing consultants are always very helpful!

The neighborhood is nice and the staff id friendly and very helpful! I also like attending the event put on by the complex.I just renewed my lease! And plan on staying for awhile
