kinda a waste of time. I schedule a tour and only viewed the apartment virtually because someone lives in the unit. She was nice but as she showed me apartments off the computer and explained them to me I noticed the “renovated” bathrooms are the same at the classic but just changed to brown.

Lived here for years only because the rent didn’t increase for a time, but after two new management companies and increases in rent we have never once gotten an upgrade. Appliances and carpet and paint are the same as they were five years ago for our unit despite them telling us that we would be upgraded. Then they said they couldn’t without us moving out and re applying then moving back in. Neighbors in our building and others are rowdy and out in the parking lot all the time. It is definitely not upgraded or nice as the pictures make it out to be. I wouldn’t….

Done be fooled, it is a second opportunity for people who have bad credit or have broken leases. The management is not helpful with issues such as maintenance and other amenities offered. Also, theft is rampant from package deliveries missing to several care break ins. BEWARE !!!

We have lived here 4 years, going on 5. They changed managers some time in 2018, and the new staff, execpt for Boyd and Chasity (awesome people) are rude. Dont ask questions unless you want to be talked down to. They have rules against leaving dog poop, but don't really inforce it. They have stations for dog bags, but there is literally never bags in them. I buy my own bags, but not many people will. We are moving out after this lease is up..

These apartments are verry horrible. The Management there are not curteous. Thier rude and sharp tongued. There not clear about payments no explanations on extra charges it is not the place to live. Not a good experience for us. We moved back to Round Round. I must say it is very much pleasant where we live now. This place needs the owners there and managemen needs a overhaul!!!!!!!!!!

Don't be fooled by the exterior looking like a normal building. This building has been very poorly maintained, with tenants suffering leaking roofs, flooded apartment, lack of replacement of hot water heaters that are ancient. It's more than like your apartment has had several major maintenance emergencies. This is just the beginning. First you need to know that this property is a center for crime in this neighborhood. Most recent was 2 drug dealers chasing around with machetes March 25, 2018. Your neighbors with throw garbage everywhere and it will be left there for weeks. Tenants do not pick up after their dogs so you will have to walk to work with poop on your shoes everyday. There are too many children here so forget ever using the pool in the summer is is stacked to capacity from early morning to late at night. Regarding utilities in Nov. 2017 all tenants received a $ 300.00 water bill because management made a mistake but tenants had to pay for it. I am one person and there is no planet on which I could use $ 300.00 worth of water in a month. Because they will accept anyone here, you will have constant sketchy people breaking their leases and dragging their furniture in and out, up and down the stairwells at all time of night or day after having moved in only a month before. The Sheriffs office has been over here literally dozens and dozens of times for family violence, gangs, threats. The pool area is filthy in the summer. Cigarette butts all over the property and the trash is frequently overflowing onto the grounds. The managers DO NOT walk the property everyday if at all around the back. Finally, after extruding water from the apartment next to me, my apartment was flooded, ruining all my clothes. 6 weeks later, they hired a contractor who used a well known deadly poison to refinish my tub and I had to be evacuated by EMS and couldn't return to my apartment for 5 days. I have still not been reimbursed for my expenses. I know it looks good compared to the dumps you've probably looked at, but turn around and leave. You or your children could actually die here and they don't care one bit. The "nice" people" in the office only care about their paycheck.

Good place to start relocated to TX was nice location in a bustling norther area of Austin. Good Leasing staff but Property Manger was the only negative. But the other representatives made up for it the assistant Manager whi is now the General Manager is great.

I have lived here for 9 months and my main issue has been pest control(which is a biggie). I have had to pay monthly to keep the critters at bay due to no fault of my own. For that reason alone I am moving when my lease is up. Some other minimal issues that are not as important to me but you may find helpfull: The gate is always broken, The fitness room has only few pieces of equipment(some of which are broken) and the pool can get a bit rowdy in the evenings. As for the positives,The staff is very friendly. There are always community events planned and The pool is a nice amenity. The location is also pretty great-Not far from Round Rock and easy access to Downtown. The apartment is average. Kitchen is pretty outdated with basic white appliances, brown cabinets, linoleum floors.

After nearly 2 years here, I wish I could say this place was great. It's NOT. From the lack of any real positives other than a pool with almost NO shade (a MUST in 100 degree days), to widows that grow mold in the winter for NO reason, this place is just bad. Let me not mention that my guests car waS nearly towed for being parked in MY parking space! This place is barely doable as a place to live. Barely.

The issue I have with this apartment was with the front office before I even moved in. They were not clear as far as the deposit goes and that created issues. My frustration with them was that they still did not make it right which caused me to pay extra money. Over all the apartments are fine, grounds could be kept a little better. For what I pay in rent I know I can get more in amenities . The complex is pretty quiet but their are other places in this prices change that will give me more. I will not renew my lease.
