Property Ratings at Parkside Gardens Apartments and Townhouses
I have been a resident of Parkside apartment complex for 17 years and I have had such a great experience. The building that I live in is very quiet and kept clean any maintenance problem it is handled quickly there is occasional sightings of mice however management does a great job of sending out exterminators to fix the problem I would recommend anyone to live at a Parkside garden apartment
I was catching mice everyday. This was the worst living experience in my life. 0 stars of this was an option.
This place is very noisy and has roaches. Although the leasing office is polite they don’t do anything about loud Neighbors. Maybe they support the noisiness of the neighbors. If you are looking for a quiet environment don’t look this way. It’s not advisable or you will regret it.
The place is rat infested period I can’t wait to move.

We are very sorry that your experience while living with us hasn't been as positive as we hoped. You can definitely give us a call so we have the opportunity to address the problem!
Crime ridden area with insect infestations. maintenance takes months to fix any major issue. I wouldn't reccomend living here.
the models does not even look similar to nth they showed me the hallways stink smelled like Marijuana and Mildew only desperate people would live there they need to a whole renovation
I used to have a two bedroom apartment with them and it was roach infested and the apartment exterminators are very careless will never recommend this place to anyone ??
They are horrible and I can not wait until my lease is up to move
I have been a resident of Parkside Gardens for almost 8 years now. I have lived in the same apartment for the entire time which happens to be located in same building as the Management office. I think the location of my apartment is in part why i didn't totally hate living here. Starting with the "pros" The rent is very affordable. Some of the Maintenance staff are really nice. when I had a problem they usually showed up with in 24 hours and they would send the same 2-3 people so that made me more comfortable. My neighbor is great. There is only one other gentleman that resided in the building with me. "Cons" Like I stated I live below the Management office and in the morning it can get very noisy because of the cleaning staff. I have woken up plenty of times because the noise from the vacuum going back and forth above my head. The sewage has backed up into my apartment on several occasions. It was a disgusting mess. The Maintenance staff responded very quickly and even sanitized my bathroom for me but It was a horrible experience. Pest! When I first moved here I had no problem with pest except in the beginning of the summer I would see lots of large water-bugs. They were always dead but I could never figure out how they were getting into my apt. Recently I have been seeing tiny roaches in my bathroom and once I saw I mouse run in but It ran back out after I screamed loud enough to wake the entire neighborhood. But that is not the worse. Its the RATS!!!! I have been seeing HUGE RATS outside my apartment on the daily basis for about a month. I usually see them in the late afternoon. I have told the Leasing office as well as the Management company. Rather than fight that battle I have plans to move ASAP.
I have heard mixed reviews of my complex but my experience has been fair. Considering the rent price being so low, it is pretty good. We have had a problem with bugs but whenever we called for the exterminator or any other maintanence request they did come that day and take care of it. This happened even on Christmas Day when our toilet stopped working. The maintenance guy still came out that day. I have lived here for about 4 years and we have had some plumbing issues but nothing that made me want to leave immediately. I would say the biggest problem is the noise level in the building. You can hear everything everyone else is doing but we are lucky because we have small children and many of the other families in the building do as well so the noise is normal family stuff not wild parties or super late night festivities. I believe I have gotten my money's worth in this apartment.
