Parkside La Palma Apartments

I recently had a tour with Perla. She is a very nice person who showed me everything, explained well, and responded to all my questions very effectively. The properties were good and had many options.

Perla helped me with the process and answering all of my questions. Very friendly and a beautiful property.

So I moved in at the beginning of March, but Paola. The property manager, was extremely helpful and flexible through the entire process! She has been kind and on top of everything. I had a couple small issues upon moving in and she had both issues taken care of very quickly. It’s a nice quiet complex. The metro link passes by a couple times per night but it’s only for a couple seconds, really not a big deal. Kids are out playing on the weekends, but they aren’t disruptive. Overall I’m really happy here so far!

My husband and i were looking into apartments to move into, coming to parkside la palma apartments was such a great decision my husband and I made, Paola the property manager took us in right away, she helped us with all of our questions and made us feel super comfortable.Paola is beyond helpful she is also very understanding. This proccess was more simple than complicated we were nervous at first but after talking with Paola during our application she is professional very detailed and clear about what we were signing up for she answers our messages and our phone calls and if she is busy she will call back as soon as she is available totally recommend thank you Paola.

As a first time mover Paola has made moving out very easy, she is super communicative and is willing to help in anyway she can. Maintenance is very responsive here as well.

BEWARE !! They will put you on collections upon moving out with NO TYPE OF NOTIFICATION, INVOICE, or ANYTHING to notify you that you have some kind of balance. Even afteR NEVER ONCE being late on a rent payment whatsoever. NO CALL, TEXT, EMAIL although they had ALL MY INFORMATION TO REACH OUT. Horrible!!

Paola is very helpful with our move in. She is very responsive with any concern we may have. Area is kid friendly and clean.

The process of moving in was great. Everything went smooth and manager Paola was super helpful and very informative. She always made sure we felt comfortable in our new home. The apartments are spacious and clean. The area is gated and has a swimming pool which I love.

I usually don't give any recommendation about anything but these apartments Parkside La Palma apartments deserve this recommendation. The property is clean, safe, enjoyable, swell, and affordable. The manager Paola was very hopeful and inclusive. I have been living in this property for a year and I still feel the same way about them. My family and I are pleased to pick an affordable and enjoyable place to live.

New move in:) first week here. No issues as of yet. The application process and move in experience was very professional and accommodating. Really nice and clean property. Quiet and spacious. Apartment was given to me clean and updated. Manager Paola is wonderful and really great with communication. On site maintenance and management is professional and knowledgable. So far a great experience. I think I will be very happy here. :)

Parkside is great for me with the parking space and very close to work. The apartment manager Paola is very professional, friendly, and has solved every problem that appears very quickly. I recommend it to any family looking for a quiet place to live.

I just moved in a couple days ago . This is my first apartment and with it being my new apartment Paola the manager helped me have a quick and easy process . I’m definitely looking forward to living room and enjoying my new place.

Recently the fix our bath tub, they put a very nice floor of wood. And a new door too. Im very gratefully with the Manager Paola is very very friendly and help us in everything about of our aparment. THANKS. I recomende the. Parside La palma apartments.

Always had trouble with other neighbors because they would block my garage door and when I would tell the Paola she wouldn't care and instead of taking care of the problem she would lash out on me and blame me. Whenever there was a problem she always said she was on vacation and could not solve it therefore to stop calling her and interrupting her vacation.

I have lived here for a couple of years now & overall its a great place to live. The manager is friendly, the complex is very clean and they always keep it up to date. If you have a problem the come and fix it as soon as possible. The only problem is with the noise of a neighbors dog who they let bark ALL DAY !!!! and it is very overwhelming!! It’s like the owners have no respect for the people in the surrounding areas.

This is a nice place to live, at first. Every year you renew your lease the rent goes up but the apartment slowly begins to deteriorate. The manager shuts off the water for hours without warning sometimes and won't let you know if the garage gate will not be working that day, making you go all the way around to the other exit. It's pet friendly but your neighbors will complain about your pet, even if their dog barks ALL DAY AND NIGHT. In the summer there are random maggots, termites and large roaches coming in from the outside. Even found some termitesnesting in the lights in the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling leaks when it rains and with moister comes the mold. Mold that is "fixed" by a coat of paint. The laminate wood floors raise with the smallest amount of water spilled. Damages that come out out of your security deposit. Good luck getting it all back because normal wear and tear will be taken out of that deposit, even if you clean and fix the damages yourself.

I’m very happy I made the decision to rent an apt here for my son. He is moving from New York to attend college and Paolo the manager has helped in every way to make this big move go smoothly for us. She kept me informed and walked me through the application process and was extremely thorough when doing the lease with me...making sure I understood all the details and helping me set up my online payment account. She brought my packages to my apartment for me before we got here and she also had her husband help us with the WiFi installation issues we were having. The property and the apartment are very nice and I know I’m leaving my son in good hands, with Paolo as the manager here. Thanks for all your help Paolo, it really is appreciated!

Excelent property!! Great management! I am beyond happy living here. 12 years of excellence, Manager very helpfull and kind. She fixes stuff that need to be fix. Repaired our bathroom bathtub. Fixed our carpet and many more things. Very great full that is it pet friendly over all excellent community to live in!

The Community is always clean. The manager Paola is very friendly. Repairs are done on a timely manner. I like Parkside la Palma.

I lived here for 1 year 1/2 and the complex was great! Never had any issues with neighbors or noise. Paola the manager from the start was awesome! She helped us through the application process and was attentive to whatever we needed! She is great! Property is clean and maintenance is prompt in fixing! Great experience!

My wife and I have lived here for almost 2 years and have really enjoyed living her. The maintenance team is great, right on time with a great attitude and the issue always resolved. Office staff is very pleasant.
