BEWARE these guys do not send any payment reminders. Be sure to schedule your automatic payments the moment you sign your lease because they will not send you any correspondence through any means until after you’re late and then charge you an absurd late fee to punish you. I have dealt with dozens of organizations in my adult life that send you payment reminders. This is literally the first place I’ve encountered that does not. Nor do they care about the circumstances. You can guess this place is ran by people with zero humanity in order to maximize profit.

We are sorry to hear this sentiment. Our move-in letter, lease, and the monthly statement we send out, outline when rent is due and the amount due. Our lease is a purchased lease for North Carolina rental properties specifically and adheres to the state's guidelines for which rent is due on the 1st and late on the 5th. We do have many tools to help residents manage their accounts, through auto-pay or self-pay. We would be happy to review them with you again if you have questions. Our team is very much committed to the customer service aspect and would be happy to connect.
I love staying at Parkside Place. The gardens are well maintained and the office staff always very responsive and helpful.

I had a wonderful move in experience. Brittany was very professional and answered all of my questions and worked well with me, as I moved from across the state. I was worried about not being able to be there in person for some of the process, but everything went very smoothly and my move in day was amazing.

Of the apartments I've lived in, Parkside Place has been the best, by far. The location and proximity to all sorts of shops and restaurants is incredible, the staff is always helpful and friendly, the amenities are great, and the apartments are really nice, especially for how much you pay relative to other complexes in the area. The only way I could see myself leaving here is when I eventually buy a house. Highly recommend Parkside Place to all renters!

Parkside Place has the best of apartment locations with great amenities only a brief stroll from my front door as well as shops and restaurants a short walk away. In the evening, the many well-built sidewalks are brightly lit and help me feel safe when I explore nearby restaurants in the evening. Parkside Place does a great job of not only maintaining their units for ready move-in but keeping them in pristine condition. I come home to a space where I can relax (almost no noise!), cook my meals in a spacious kitchen, and know I can reach out to friendly staff if anything else is needed.

Moving into Parkside Place apartments has been a great experience so far. The office staff are wonderful to work with, and very responsive. The apartment is nice and comfortable and has a very livable layout. I like the proximity to a large grocery store, shops, a bank, & restaurants with curbside pickup, which are all helpful during the pandemic. The neighborhood is centrally located near major highways, allowing you to get anywhere you need to go quickly--55, 54, 40, 540, 147.
