No working AC
It's been 86 degrees in my apartment the last few days. Making me and my 10 year old sick. I don't believe the wall air conditioner is the correct btu for the size of the apartment. Moved in with damaged floors and counter tops. Hot water is limited.

Don’t do it.
Dirty, smells like pet urine, noisy downtown, only AC is a small wall unit so it’s hot, owners have no interest in making it better.
