I’ve been here almost since the building opened. Fantastic amenities and planned events - you cannot beat it in this area. There are some absolutely wonderful people in this community. Maintenance team is very helpful even for the smallest concern. The office has been very nice, helpful. I will always say these units have great layouts, lots of storage and beautiful kitchens - that stove is awesome! The walls are thin though. Noise from upstairs neighbor can be unbearable at times especially when you want to sleep - you can hear everything in the walls including yelling and screaming between couples. Definitely a downside of apartment living but there are so many positives that make this a great place to live.

I am going on my second year living here at Parkside-Providence-town -center. It has continued to be a very wise choice for me to move here. The management staff is terrific always willing to answer questions and to get the answers to your questions or concerns if they cannot answer your question when first asked. They continue to provide monthly activities for all age levels. The maintenance department responds to your requests in a timely manner and works quickly to solve your request. Housekeeping excellent in keeping the property neat and clean. Management continues focus on the wellness and keeping residents safe and informed. I would definitely recommend living here as your next home.

Beautiful apartment, great amenities, and convenient location! The apartment is modern and spacious with great bathroom, nice kitchen and a nice living room. The amenities are great with the gym, courtyard and club room. The location in the town center is the best perk being able to walk to all the stores and shops.

I've only lived here for 7 weeks, but management is so nice and helpful, and the neighbors that I have met are the same. I've had a few residents on my floor help me carry in packages and even chairs! The maintenance team is also very nice and helpful. Amenities are wonderful and shopping is super convenient! Large and well thought out layouts in apartments. Kitchen has a lot of storage. Walls are very thin so you do hear a lot of noise. Staff is kind and helpful. Of the staff, Rebecca is truly the best at Parkside and one of residents favorite individuals. She goes above and beyond for us and we appreciate her so much. Happy living at Parkside.

Disappointed at how often elevators are not operating and trash chutes are locked. Very frustrating start to this complex rental. Extremely clean building and premises.

I’ve loved my time here. It’s private but you can also go and hangout with areas that have people in them and be social. There really isn’t anything I wish that could change but one thing I would love is if there was a sauna here.

Move in process was seamless. Concierge services are nice and staff is very supportive. We met few residents on our first day at the common area. Great community and we really liked the vibe and convenience to shopping at town center.

The neighborhood is and proximity to the town center is great! There are lots of shops easily accessible and a number of safe paths to get out and walk.

I love living in this community. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because of the noise. There is not much of a sound barrier and I can hear my neighbors crystal clear. Also, the staircase door and the door to get to the garage are extremely loud as well as the trash removal every morning. I wish these apartments were better insulated to prevent this.

Beautiful, Luxury apartments and super convenient to shops. The place is now pretty crowded so amenities are a bit hard to enjoy but the apartment homes are awesome.

So far so good! Love sitting out on the balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard! So pretty, so relaxing! My granddaughter tells me she feels like she's at the beach!! I agree!

The Parkside management is great! Always helpful when needed. Building community common areas are really nice, well designed and clean. I’m a bit disappointed with the pool and the gym however. With the size of courtyard, the pool and pool area could be so much bigger and more inviting. Unfortunately, the size of the pool is so small (given how many apartments there are in the community) and there is no way to swim in the pool given the size. The gym is ok, however disappointed there are no TV’s in the main gym are (either on the treadmills or even 1 or 2 large ones on the wall would have been great. One recumbent bike in the main gym would have been great for people that has back problems and can’t use the spin bikes in the other exercise room.

Would be 5 except my internet could not be installed because of a building maintenance problem. Otherwise, moving and welcoming was excellent.

Love the apartment, staff, amenities and surroundings. The apartments is so nice and spacious, staff is very kind and helpful, amenities are very nice, and location is great in the town center.

Parkside made it so easy for us to move it. I had packages arriving before our actual move in date and they were kind enough to organize and store them for us until we were able to retrieve them. We were greeted with some goodies from around the town center and a packet of information which was super helpful. The transition into a new home was so seamless! Thank you Parkside!

Its been great so far. The staff always greets me with a smile, they love my dog and the residents are very nice. I really like it here. I cant wait to get settled in so I can use more of the amenities around the building.
