Staff was very responsive during the application and move in process! I moved into a recently renovated apartment, the community seems friendly and quiet so far.

Very respectful, kind, and helpful. The apartment I stay in they do really good at keeping it together and clean.

I saw the apartment I'm in now advertised and was interested and from day one and Jami at Riverpark worked with me to help me with everything I needed! She stayed in constant contact me with me and was there to answer any questions and to help with everything and anything! She was the absolute best! I would recommend renting from Riverpark apartments to anyone and everyone and I love my apartment at Parkview Arms in Bismarck!

I like the apartment since it is next to a park.

Safety issues and poor quality in the building itself. They never fix anything unless it's urgent. I've had to call the police on my neighbors and they told me I had to wait at the front entrance to let them in because they don't have access to the building yet the mail service gets a key. Building itself is kind of sketchy always noisy and perpetually smells like weed in winter (to the point I get headaches). Also I asked for a 6 month lease and they gave me 12 month. Only good thing is it's cheap while close to Mandan and downtown Bismarck.

My satisfaction is that there is minimum of noise by neighbors, as a matter of fact, all my neighbors are friendly. Plus I live next to the park. Which is nice come summer.

Great Value. If youre in the under $600 price range, dont waste your time with any other company. Friendly, Timely, and just overall awesome.

Parkview Arms is a wonderful choice for one's first apartment. Easy access to downtown amenities, civic center, and Sertoma Park. Overall, the building is well kept and clean. The only downside is the smoking policy. If no smoking was allowed, it would be an even greater place to call home.

Price is very good especially for the amount of space I got (1b 1b). Finding an apartment is this cheap, size, and good condition is very hard.

Its a good place to live especially if you love living near the river and parks and is in a great location for Bismarck, can get pretty much anywhere in 5-15 minutes.

always awsome management no matter what office you go to. Was in a pickel for time and they came threw! Got me into a place in no time that i am also satisfied with!
