Property Ratings at Parkview Court
This apartment complex is just perfect for my 4 girls and i. They love the love and the playground which was did over from the first time we moved here. Yes this is my second time here. I lefted on good terms, No issues and was able to return back because i was a great tenant. The leasing manager she is awesome, very professional!

It's great to hear that you appreciate the improvements we've made, especially the playground. We are lucky to have you as a tenant and we are glad that you had a positive experience.
I didn’t even get a chance to even like the place. The receptionist was so rude it completely put me off of the place. I’m desperate to move but not that desperate to want to deal with that type of person daily if I moved in.

Their maintenance guy was in my apartment taking pictures. With out my consent. So I decided to not pay them and just leave because I didn't feel safe any more. It's a nice area to be but the apartment are trash so don't move in 1111 Alfred Ave D it have a lot of maintenance issues. I was the last tenant to live there
Property Manager at Parkview Court, Responded To This Review
We're sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience. Please call us at (610) 623-7696 to let us know more.
My refrigerator spoiled now for the past three months now they don’t want to fixes it, they lie too much and they got poor customer service, they don’t know how to talk to people they very rude. They and myself had a heated argument this morning about my refrigerator and stoves. I took the property management I will not pay my rent for next month they should carry me to court and I have pictures of all my spoiled food. I don’t cook because nowhere to keep my food it going to spoiled, I can’t do grocery shopping too. Than they said they going to give me notice to move because I lying about my refrigerator and stoves. I can’t recommend my dog or cat or anyone to move in their apartment.
Ladies is the office was very rude and ignorant and kept over talking me, kept asking for two pay stubs when I was trying to explain to her I get paid weekly so I needed four for the month. She was rude, disrespectful and nasty.
This place is horrible every single last review is right. Management is horrible, space is decent but nothing else is good, maintenance people don’t do nothing at all they come in when ever they want without notice. They never come in to fix anything that you requested to be fixed. I been putting work orders in since I moved in back in January it’s now June and nothing has been handled, the parking lots are disgusting and trashy and now mines stinks I WOULD NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE DO!!
If you park somewhere for 5 minutes you aren’t supposed to they will tow you. They have tow companies that wait to take your car with no notice very quickly but you will step over trash everytime you walk outside and it will be the same trash for weeks. They will follow the rules to cover themselves but do not take priority in providing a clean environment to live.
I was not able to do a walk through until the day I moved in. Red flag number one. Maintenance come whenever they feel like it and always has an attitude about having to do their job. I’ve had multiple issues with my neighbor making excessive noise. Her and her boyfriend fight, her dog runs around and barks, and she likes to randomly blast music. I work from home due to the pandemic so it makes it harder to work with the noise. They basically told me to start calling the police to file noise complaints since the property manager doesn’t do their job. The police never show up. I had a really bad roach infestation at one point. Now I see one here and there but when I told the exterminators, they stated I can’t get rid of all of them which I think is bullshit. People leave trash wherever outside and smoke weed in the halls. There are barely enough laundry facilities, so going to a local laundromat is better. There’s no way to pay rent online. My water bill is high even though I live alone. Overall, management is terrible and the other tenants are inconsiderate of people around them. Guess you get what you pay for.
Nothing about this place is great! The people in the business office are beyond rude and don’t care about anyone that lives here. Everything is broken and the place is infested with roaches and mice. Unless you’re desperate I wouldn’t give this place a chance! Literally hell on earth!
10 yr resident In 7/2019 I requested a new fridge because the one I had was leaking. Fast forward to 4/2020, still no response to my request. I callEd over to the office and after a lot of back and forth they eventually agreed and ordered a new fridge for me. About a week later, without my consent, maintenance comes in my home unannounced and drops a used fridge in the middle of my kitchen floor and left the bad one still in place. I had made it clear that due to the ongoing rodent problem in the complex, I was unwilling to accept a fridge from another apt. We eventually get past that as well. About another week later my new fridge is delivered, when maintenance comes in, as I am attempting to voice my frustrations the maintenance guy irately responds that he is also having a bad day and it’s hot outside. I immediately ask him to leave and he proceeds to curse at me, call me names and hits my door leaving it slightly cracked. After notifying management and they “investigate”, he still works here. When I voice to them how uncomfortable I am now, they respond by telling me it’s an isolated incident and he is too busy to be worried about me. For my own protection I advised them that going forward I will record any interaction I have with the property team. Management proceeds to tell me I am not allowed to do that. All I wanted to do was make sure I have it documented of something happens again. They protect their own interest not the interests of the residents. If you want to move somewhere that cares about you AFTER you sign your lease, please keep looking. This is not it!
I just moved in 1st of the month. Overall, I'd stay my apartment looks rushed! Alot of little things aren't done correctly or are missing and needs to be replaced. I was told that there's no estimate time of when the things will be fixed neither. When I moved in I was told my living room wall had to be repainted, it still haven't been done yet. Overall, id say they arent on top of things how they should be, they take their time with getting things done but yet still want their rent on time, isnt fair but its life!
The space is nice. Everything else is horrible. The Staff. The Mice. The trash everywhere.
This apartment complex is just collecting application fees . False advertisement on their move-in special. Watch out for Vanessa in the leasing office. She is a scam artist. Me and my fiance apllied to this complex around Christmas 2017, and our income was well over the income requirements. She and her co-worker lied and said we had a chance of being approved. A day after new years they call back saying we been denied based on income. Keep looking elseware, unless you just have time and money to waist. I would have rated zero stars if I could.
I have been living at Parkview Courts for 4 years and it's been one problem after another. I pay my rent on time and have been treated very poorly when it comes to having repairs done. The maintenance Person that said he is the supervisor is very rued and doesn't fix the problems at all. There is a very bad mice problem. The complete team needs to be replaced all but Renee. She is always working and it appear that she is listening when your complaining. Please look elsewhere if you can. 0 STARS. Oh and the pool is ran by the manager's son and his friends whom are in the pool with their women and their children so much that there is no space for paying ternate and the water is not probably maintain with the chemicals needed for so many people.
Since I have been resident in parkview court (07/01/2015) I've requested for assistance twice: 1- I requested for switching from 2 bedroom apt to 1 bedroom apt. When I went to the business office to get directions, I spoke to Ms. Hudson. She assisted me with the highest professionalism, kindness & excellent customer service skills. She personally handled my case from the beginning to the end. I found out that she was the property manager when I went to the business office again to get the keys of my new apt. That was SO especial for me and I much appreciated it. She is a perfect example of business leader. Here I would like to thank her for standing by word and promise to help me out. 2- Later on, I had an issue with my mail box. I emailed Ms. Hudson about my concerns, she was off. I went to the business office for assistance. The management resolved it in less than 24 hrs. When Ms. Hudson came back to work, she contacted me to check if my concern got fixed. What a great experience again! Thank you guys and keep the great job.
I have lived here for 1 year and I am leaving as fast as I can. I was out of work sick and was unable to pay the rent on time. I was taken to court and sued for 1 month of rent. I found an outside agency that would've payed the rent for me but the rude woman in management refused to work with them/me. They told me that it was the policy of the company that owned the building and when I asked for the contact info I was told I could "google" it. I now have a judgment on my credit even after having all the supporting documents. As stated before all of the woman in the management office are very very rude. The apartments also have nice.
Love the apartment... Nice clean & big...the girls in the leasing office are completely stupid.. they are soo unorganized it's ridiculous.. The building hallways smell horrible because of the other tenants putting trash in the hallway besides that it's semi quite.. it's just a headache dealing with the idiots in the office..
stay away from this place ,the management is unprofessional .i have been robbed there , and my car was broke in . STAYYYYYYYY AWAYYYYYYYY
A nice community with a range of different apartment choices. With the biggest nicest closets you can find. Parking everywhere. High ceilings.
I have been living here since December 2015,I have mice in my apartment.running around. My latch on the front door keeps getting stuck. Been to maintence to replace the lock three times.
the application process was horrible I started looking for apartments about 2 months ago and I had to set move in date for August 1st I didn't hear back from the apartment leasing office until August 5th the offered a great promotion for moving in it was supposed to be four hundred dollars off your first months rent and a 99 dollar security deposit. I was told I didn't qualify. I was never told what the requirements were.
