Murfreesboro is also home to Middle Tennessee’s only Museum of Natural History.

Enjoy the local events around the city, such as the Main Street Music Jazzfest and the International Folk Fest! Murfreesboro’s local university, Middle Tennessee State University, is growing just as quickly as the city itself. This top-notch institution is known for its programs in aerospace and music, and adds to the artistic charm of Murfreesboro.

Property Ratings at Parkview Flats Apartments
Been living here for almost 4 year first 2 was nice then stuff started breaking and them saying they fixed stuff but lied always came home to random letters on my door from landlord neighbors and loud and management does nothing about it worst place to live also they lie about everything on their website there is no washer and dryer connection there is no 24hr maintenance not gym because the kids that here have destroyed it
They work with really shady towing services who will charge you $300 if your car doesn't meet their standards. Plus if your air conditioning breaks they'll act like they're working on it for weeks and do nothing meanwhile your apartment is 83 degrees.
This place is a nightmare, please stay far, far away!
I lived in altitude for a year and it was rough at first but then they got me management. And I can say tanner is the best manager I've ever had. I moved out just because I wanted a washer and dryer in my apartment. If it weren't for that I'd still be there. But right before I moved out my pet did some damage to the carpet. Tanner came and looked at it and is trying to get me out as cheap as possible. You couldn't say that about most apartments they just care about the money. So if you're looking for an apartment where the management actually cares and you don't mind not having a washer and dryer in your apartment check them out they are great!
The apartment that I rent is Roach infested. I have not been living here long and I truly regret living here. Don't move here unless you like unwanted and uninvited guest living in your apartment.
The apartments are infested with roaches and mold. They do not take care of the inside of the apartments at all they just worry about making the outside looking nice.
