This building is being remodeled and they are doing such a great job. It's clear that management is involved and cares about keeping up with the community. I also stopped in to the Leasing office for help and the staff is very pleasant.
Surrounded by a poorly kept / dirty area. Went by to check out the property, and while it is nice, the location is abysmal and very cramped.
"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. Maria took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. From the exposed brick, cathedral ceilings, contemporary design of the apartment, convenient location - to the staff of the Leasing Office, this place is amazing! I've been looking for the perfect apartment that fits my personal liking for 5 months. I'm glad I passed on all of those I saw prior to. I had no idea Hartford had places like this. When I'm home, I feel like I'm in a completely different city! Ugh, let me not even get started on my bathroom and kitchen. I can't wait to have my first get together in my new place :) The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because the Parking lot isn't in an enclosed gate, however, there is surveillance throughout the entire building and entire parking lot 24/7.
I am giving this apartment a five star rating because that's what it deserves. From day one when I saw the listing on Apartments.com and contacted the property manager. She has been super helpful answering all my questions and my wishes in a timely manner ever since. The staff are very friendly and welcoming in this apartment, from the landlord all the way to maintenance. The rent price is very reasonable compared to what they offer. Beautiful apartments and friendly staff. The apartment I found is very nice and so is the location. Apartment is very spacious and modern with exposed brick, high ceiling...reminds me of New York apartments. My neighbors are great and I am close to many thing plus they give one free parking spot which is awesome.
