Life in College Station pretty much revolves around Texas A&M University. The student body accounts for 60,000 people in a city of just over 100,000, and the university employs roughly 15% of the non-student population. The cultural impact of the university is tremendous, from the on-campus art, scholarly resources, and architecture to the thriving food, nightlife, and music scenes around town, and of course the exuberant Texas Aggies fandom.
Apartments and rental houses are available to suit every budget, from exceedingly affordable student rentals to more upscale homes. Parents will appreciate the vest selection of highly-rated public schools, and easy access to city parks gives everyone the opportunity to get out and enjoy the fresh air.

Property Ratings at Parkway Place Apartments
Parents avoid this property. Management allowed squatters (a women, her 2 children, and a dog) to take up residence in my son’s apartment. My son can’t get them out and after a month of phone calls and emails - nothing. We have had to get the Aggie Student assistance legal department to help with tenant advocacy. Management simply doesn’t care. My son has had to vacate the premises waiting for the apartment to take action - so sad.
The apartments are not as nice as the tour. The furniture is way older and beaten up, and the flooring and fixtures are outdated. You'll find trash and older furniture everywhere scattered around the property. Management is unresponsive, bad at communicating, and never around to fix issues that we had.
The transportation they offer as “reliable” is no where near that. The busses are always breaking down or late. The apartments are not as nice as the model they use for tours. I have submitted so many maintenance requests to have things fixed like my shower head, door, appliances, etc that were broken the day I moved in. No one has come to fix them at all.
I moved into this apartment complex in April and two weeks later in moving in someone tried to break in the apartment! This apartment complex has no security at all and no gates surrounding the complex to be located near the highway! I had to buy some type of security and transfer into a new unit in this complex just to feel a little bit safer than I did before. After moving into a transfer unit, about a three weeks laters to that incident another break in happened in that same apartment and the screenshot below proves that this complex is not the place to live at all! Also the management takes forever to get an issue resolved, you literally have to call them everyday to get problem solved or go in person and threaten to leave! Just be aware before living here because I'm impressed at all.
By far the best apartment I’ve lived in period. Management is very nice and welcoming, and maintenance comes within a day of putting in a request. They have great rates and they do an amazing job pairing you with a roommate. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

At first it was an awesome place to live and the staff was super friendly but after a couple of months things changed. I started finding bugs everywhere in the apartment and I kept asking them to handle it and it took two weeks for them to even come out and spray.
Loved having my own separate space. Decent sized rooms with spacious closet space.
