Parkway lofts is a good place to rent. Easy process to rent and good place to live at. Staff need to be bugged to get help. Beyond that it's a great place to live.

The staff, Jana, Justin and Danny have gone above and beyond in making our move a pleasant one. Very quick to respond and fix minor issues. Compassionate when I had a family emergency and had to be away for a while.

The move in process was seamless, great communication by management.

Parkway lofts is so comfortable to be in. It is right by the freeway so you can rush to work easily. If you go to UVU it’s right across the freeway! Get a bunch of friends to come live with you and it’s great!

Management is very nice and will help you with all of your concerns! Also maintenance is extremely efficient with fixing everything. Best place I have ever lived!!

Parkway Lofts provides an exemplary demonstration of the age old phrase “It’s the least I can do,” and seizes every opportunity to set the bar lower.

I live here right now. Every month they add $300 in additional fees to your bill. $170 for cable and internet. $50 to pay by card (only way you can pay) Numerous $10-20 fees. $40 for "VALET TRASH". Funny thing about this, they NEVER pick up your trash! And then when the bag is left out because they didn't do their job, they kick YOU a $25 fine per bag! What a racket! This is also supposed to be a non-smoking community. Almost all my neighbors smoke cigarettes, weed, and we have some meth heads in our building. Every morning I clean cigarette butts off my patio. All the cool stuff never works, always closed. The rock wall, the bowling alley, the grills above the pool NEVER are open. I'd love to use some of this stuff. NOPE! The maintenance staff are nice and seem overworked due to management's cheapness to hire more guys. The management is non-existent. You're lucky if the office is staffed. Lots of the units have been turned into AirBnb's as well. The unit above me is a mini-hotel. If the place was managed well and they didn't hit you with $300 of extra fees each month, it would be decent. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for the price.

The first couple of years living here was awesome, but the last 2 years have been mediocre. I can tell management and maintenance teams have become less motivated to keep the complex top tier.

Great location, especially if you are used to city noises like me. Apartment look and feel nice, great and friendly community!

I love living at the Parkway Lofts. The staffs is friendly, helpful and punctual. I enjoy all the amenities and how beautiful my apartment is.

Front Office always does a good job with free treats, trash pick up is v nice, respectful neighbors, timely maintenance, but weird they charge for a mountain view if you want.

The apartment complex made a few errors on their part and came into my apartment without consent and without a 24 hour warning. The maintenance crew was supposed to fix a light bulb at some other apartment but they came to mine twice after telling them they were mistaken. How do I know they did this? I was in the bedroom taking a business call when they opened the door after I asked them to wait a few minutes, while I paused the business call. After the second time they didn't come by again after asking them to correct the information from their janky, old maintenance request webapp.

Overall its a nice place to live. Clean and well maintained.

Parkway staff have really made it for us, their willingness to help and answer questions in a very timely manner proved they are good people and they care about their tenants, which is was really matters when moving into a new apartment.

The amenities, location and price all sound good. Staff not as friendly and Im pretty sure the clubhouse gets overrun by non residents after hours.

Overall this place just needs better grounds keeping, and cleaning the pool furniture etc- many foods/garbage are left out there from parties, theres always a lot of hair in the pool, trash needs to be taken out more frequently- more people are at home on weekends so thats when the build up gets crazy and smelly. And people with pets need to pick up their animals droppings etc.

They lied about damages and continue to charge tenants old repair charges from previous tenants. We tried to dispute but they lied about having any documentation when we submitted several forms to request assistance. They also lied about move-in specials and gave us half of what we were promised. BAD BAD BAD place do not MOVE HERE, Also truck got broken into and they do nothing about the crimes there wouldn't give me a garage space till it happened twice.

I really enjoy living at Parkway Lofts. My wife and I generally keep to ourselves, and our apartment is nice and pretty affordable for what we get. The only downside we've experienced is that the hallways and stairs are rarely cleaned, and they are filthy- particularly the indoor stairwells. We don't feel that they are well-maintained at all, seriously its a health hazard at times, particularly during a pandemic. Other than that its a pretty nice place to live.

The gym hours are a little frustrating. I understand we are in a pandemic but closing at 5:00? We all work during the day, so that seems a little unfair and unrealistic. The hallways and stairwells outside our door are constantly disgusting. Used Band-Aids and mystery stains cover the floor, and the stairwells are never ever cleaned (have been there for the entirety of my living here). The hallways are rarely cleaned.

I freaking love everything about this apartment. With each maintenance visit they come quick, work quick, and leave quick. They always clean up any messes they left which is huge for me because I always try to have a clean home. And they always have respect for our space. They always knock even if they have to come and go multiple times. I never have to worry about people just barging in. I love it here.

Parking Situation needs better solutions other than towing more cars.

Parkway lifts has been my first apartment and the first place I lived into after high school. The employees are amazing and the facility is very clean. I love it here!

Parkway Lofts is the best apartment complexes that I've lived in so far!

Love living here. The technology makes life so easy and wonderful. Love the dog park. Apts have high ceiling and lots of room. Garages are a nice change from no garage. Everywhere is clean and well kept. Maintenance is great, courteous and johnny-on-the-spot when something goes wrong. Front office keeps things moving along. Just ONE great place to live. Why aren't you living here?

Great place to live in and awesome amenities! A little on the pricier side of apartment living, but definitely worth the extra cost. Needs more resident parking spots.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It's filthy, dog poop everywhere, trash throughout the halls at all times of day, theres been a food stain on the floor in our hallway so long the dogs won't even try to touch it anymore. AND THE NOISE. Our neighbors would run through their apartment screaming at all hours, leading us to talk to office staff, security, and management. Not one person would take accountability for the actions of parkway lofts residents and kept saying these unreasonable, unacceptable levels of noise are "standard in apartment living". And "Well I can't go into their apartment and force them to quiet down" well yes you kind of can its this beautiful thing called a lease, contractually obligating residents to follow the rules that apparently don't matter. Management is horrible, unwilling to help, and generally apathetic toward residents. They are full of insincere apologies to make up for the lack of effort they are willing to put in to rectify a situation. Also I'm pretty sure someone was kicked out for cooking meth in our building recently. If you have a fetish for being treated like garbage, and living in poorly kept, unsafe conditions, then this is the place for you!

I live here almost 2 years now and the changed the parking rules. My apartment is 2 bed 2 bath, we 4 people 3 cars. They said we have to pay for the garage which costs $100 every month and they give me one free parking spot. They won't give us the free one for the other car, we have to pay extra $30 for that. That's ridiculous. The rent already so freaking expensive and now the trying to charge you more for the parking! Today I forgot my garage key in the apartment and I just parked there about 15 minutes to go get the key. Just 15 minutes they already towed my cars away. And I have to pay $210 to get my car back. They didn't give me any warnings before they towed it! Don't recommend to anyone this freaking apt!

Been loving Parkway lofts so far. So much fun stuff to do for my kids. The area is so nice to be in, Cami, Tara & Derrick are all fantastic and have taken care of all the concerns I’ve had. Really one of the best property’s I have ever lived at. My kids love all the amenities. The safety of the property is also amazing. Also work orders are done in a timely manner. Definitely see myself here for a long time. Definitely feels like home.

Don’t move here, look up reviews! It’s really the worst place! Expensive, dirty, crappy rude management.
