I have no complaints about Parkway Plaza. Maria and her staff are very friendly, they take proud in their work. Any maintenance issues (which I didn’t have many) where taken care of right away. I had NO bugs! Lots of closet space and very roomy. The only negative thing would be the increase in rent each year but that’s happening everywhere. Overall GREAT place to live in Culver City.
The Positives: Building Manager is great, very attentive. Great Location-short walk to mall and movie theatre without much traffic in the area. Pool and Grill area. Negatives: Raise your rent each year. A lot of water waste on the landscaping since the management switched cost to tenants. Building is old. Have had ants, rodents and roach issues.
My unit is bright and airy with gorgeous floors and is a perfect space for my wife and I. The bedrooms are a perfect size. Great Grounds, Fabulous Location, Beautiful pool area and the grill is always clean. My neighbors are the best, friendly no hassle people. Most importantly, the management, Maria is a gem. She is quick to respond to every issue we may have. Courteous and genuine. It is always a pleasure conversing with Maria about life at Parkway or just in general! Michael Jones
I love this apartment. There is always a nice ocean breeze. It's so relaxing to sit in the pool or bbq, or just relax in the jacuzzi.
Great find. Management and maintenence are exceptional. Building is kept clean and all requests are answered promptly. All tenants are respectful and are family/kid friendly. Great location in a great neighborhood. Very convenient to everything and outstanding school system.

I moved to Parkway Plaza Apartments 9 months ago and I'm so happy I did. It's beautifully landscaped, affordable and safe! The staff is so friendly and quick to respond to any maintenance issues. The pool is the perfect place to relax and if you want, you can walk to several parks and restaurants. You just can't go wrong living at Parkway Plaza Apartments!!
We have lived here for 10 years. Maria is absolutely the best. She timely sees that repairs are made, and is an integrated part of this community. The location is great. The staff does an excellent job of keeping up the grounds and common areas. If we had central air, I would have rated our complex a 5.
I absolutely love this apartment complex. It is very well maintained, and any time there's an issue, the maintenance team responds swiftly. Our Property manager, Maria, is the sweetest person, who goes out of her way to ensure we are happy. I am extremely proud to call Parkway Plaza Apartments Home
Parkway plaza apartment has been great for our family! The neighborhood is quiet and our neighbors have been nothing but amazing. Our apartment manager Maria is awesome she is always checking in on us and her and the staff here keep our building well maintained. Additionally this lovely place is Dog Friendly!!! It is also in a great location just minutes from the Fox Hills Westfield and downtown Culver City.
I've been living at Parkway Plaza for three years. I live here with my son, and can tell you it's a family-friendly complex. It's well-maintained, with a small but nicely kept pool, and the staff is attentive and easy to work with. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and the rent is reasonable. Easy access to the 405, 90, and shopping is very close by.

The best deal in the area, walking distance to Westfield Culver City (with Target!) and Howard Hughes Center. Quick freeway access and 10 min from LAX. Units are good size, well maintained and in the process of receiving updates. Large balconies are great. Dogs are allowed, with deposit. No A/C, which has been a bit uncomfortable this past summer, only ceiling fans and radiant heating. Only one parking spot guaranteed per until, but usually can find street parking close. I wish there were more on-site, out of unit storage, like a cage in the garage or something. The on-site manager is the BEST. Responsive, friendly and caring.

Parkway Plaza Culver City has the Best Manager ever. She took the time to introduce us to all the staff at the property and whenever you see her she has the biggest friendliest smile ever! This is an older property but very well kept. The unit upgrades are beautiful, laminate floors, Berber carpet in the bedrooms, granite counter tops, new appliances, with hardwood cabinets in the bath and kitchen. The pool is always sparkling, and the residence are very friendly. One thing that attracted us is that the move in cost are very affordable for those who have great credit, and you can’t beat our location. We are nestled between Fox Hills Park, Westfield Culver City Mall and The Howard Hughes Promenade right off of the 405, & 90 freeway. Parkway Plaza is a perfect lil gem in Culver City, I’m so happy I moved here!

I like where I live. It's in a perfect location. You can walk over to the Howard Hughs Center. Close to the freeways. Has great schools nearby. Very pet friendly.

We have been here for a little over a year and I could not ask for a better place to call home. The grounds are amazing, the staff is super kind and the neighbors are friendly as well. The space we have in the townhouse suits my 3 person family perfectly and all the amenities are great as well.
My earlier apartment was good but I ended up paying higher rent. Two block away I found parkway plaza where I am paying correct rent with all the great facilities. It peaceful and in the heart of the city. I can reach to workplace, my daughters school and shops with just few minutes. The location and the neighbourhood is great.

We are in a 2-bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse at the Parkway Plaza Apartments complex in the Fox Hills neighborhood. The community has very good amenities (pool, bbq grills, renovated laundry room equipped with debit/credit card readers), and although the building itself is pretty old, the property has been renovated along the way, so all in all we are mostly happy with the place. The property is conveniently located near the Westfield mall down the street, the Promenade at the Howard Hughes Center, and the Culver City bus terminal. Last but not the least, if you have school-age kids, they can go to any of the Culver City Unified school district schools, and they are very highly rated.
