Parkway townhomes is a beautiful community with a fast responding maintenance team and a caring management team. I’ve lived here for almost a year and I would like to resign my lease when the time comes. It’s a quiet area and a safe one. The minimal amenities we have are nice, they’re clean and the pool was just recently fixed. These units are on the pricier side, so definitely take that in consideration.

We lived there for a year. Its expensive for what it is. We had ants coming out of the faucets, cracks in the walls, everywhere. When we moved out, they were under "new management" and almost 9 weeks later we have not got our deposit back. One person said we would be getting most of it back now we are not even getting a small fraction and we left it in very good condition. They are not a trustworthy business and hiring a lawyer to help us.

The actual apartments and location were good, so it's not a complete 1. But it's how they handled me moving out during the COVID crisis. First they tell me i would not get charged late fee on my last month (lost my job unfortunately). Then they charged it anway and said they lifted that courtesy last minute. Then on final bill, they charged me a cleaning fee. I worked hard to leave that place spotless, from top to bottom, so when asked they said it's due to COVID. Which means they're footing the bill to residents. They know I left it spotless but are going to charge residents when they move out.

We have been here two weeks and love it! Dezire the leasing agent, phenomenal ! She is patient and kind! She worked with us and never put up a fuss! My husband is picky! Beautiful location and our new townhome is beautiful ! The maintenance men are wonderful too!

Been here for over 2 years now. Never a problem. I love how spacious and affordable everything is here. Maintenance is very quick and efficient. And, the ladies at the office are very helpful. I'll definitely be situated here until I decide to buy a house.
A friend recommended me this place, I went 2 Sundays in a row early in the morning and then in the afternoon and the leasing office was closed when it clearly says that Sundays are open till 5pm. I tried again yesterday afternoon and some worker told me that they were at lunch, I waited more than 2 hours and they never showed up! (CORPORATE OFFICE NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS!) How these people do business if there's no one at the leasing office??? While I was waiting I spoke to 5 passing by people and they told me to think twice before moving to Parkway Townhomes, each one of them told me that these people rips people off, specially on the water/sewer bill, they also include maintanance fee charges and another charge for them to process your bill, like WTH?? I guess that waiting more than 2 hours was worth it after all. Bye Felicia!!! Lol.
A couple weeks ago I moved from South Florida to Parkway Townhomes; adding to the challenge was a phone call from the moving company saying my furniture would be arriving four days before I was to start my lease. I quickly contacted Yvette and Jamie in the leasing office and they immediately took the necessary steps to get things finished earlier and make the adjustments to my lease. Their responsiveness, customer excellence, professionalism, and caring relieved any anxiety and made the change of plans seem like a routine work day. These two women are definite assets to this organization. And the maintenance department, specifically Jose & Enrique, were right there to take care of some very minor adjustments that were needed. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.... Thank You.
This complex is awful and taken over by new management. It looks pretty when you drive in, the people in the front office have a lovely place to work, while their tenants live in cockroach infested units, with their "newly remodeled" shotty work, where the doors fall off cabinets. Biggest mistake ever, there are plenty more apartments where the rent is of much better price and value. Oh and if you are worried about safety? The area is going downhill, car thefts and burglary all over. Do not move here, you will deeply regret it. I have to live with it for another six months.

I never write reviews but felt obligated to share my experience here.. Intiated this move while outta of the country and never saw the property til move in date, I like to gamble and hit 777. Jamie was my contact and I had a list of questions and she answered all with accuracy. Im pretty selective when it comes to where I live and so far Parkway gets 5 star by me... Only problem was the washer was inoperable but guess what? Less than 24 hours later their maintenance staff was on point with a replacement... The apartment was recently renovated and interior all good... Garage is convenient with entry to my unit... The gym is well kept and has good equipment and everything is kept clean. Thats my report for week 1.. Hope things stay steady. Recommended T1
In the Las Vegas area it is difficult to find a place with this much greenery and trees around. I literally feel like I live in a park! I love the separate laundry room and attached garage, too. It really is like a mini-home, does not feel like an apartment, BUT I don't have to worry about any of the maintenance headaches that come with a house.
Camden Summit is located off windmill parkway in between pecos and eastern in henderson, nevada. Within a mile or two of two.major grocery stores, multiple pharmacys, parks & recreational things, schools, hospitals and doctor offices. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. The salt water pool and bbq area, even though currently being remodeled is very nice. Weight and workout room with TV and showers. The only downfall would be they are priced in the moderate range. Being in and up scale part of town and being one of the only 2 bedroom apartments in the area they certainly charge accordingly. All in all pleasant place to live.
We love the spacious rooms, the quiet atmosphere, the landscaping and pool. Could'nt ask for a better place to live ! Always feel safe here and never any problems with our neighbors. If something needs to be fixed, never have to wait more than a day and it's fixed. Could'nt ask for more!
The application process was very easy with no hiccups and the move on was just the same. The one problem I had was response time to maintenance issues I couldn't handle myself. I had a leak that took forever to respond to. Overall happy with my tenancy here.
This is my second time living here. (1) 2004 to 2008 approx. 4 years. I returned in 2013 to present. I enjoy the fact that it is gated, and maintained well. A telephone call for help is answered promptly. They check on me to see if I am alright with a telephone call, there is convenient walkways, etc. for anyone who may be disabled. I LOVE IT HERE. I am concerned however because I am a senior, I see the current improvements (remodeling, entire buildings re painting etc) They can save the money as far as I am concerned. My fear ; increase in rent ????. I would hate to move. I feel content and happy staying here.
We moved here after being married in one of the chapels. This is our fourth Camden property, this one called the point. Named one of the top 100 places to work..probably one of yhe best places to live. The community is quiet, isolated and with friendly neighbors. I have lived in many apartments for the last thirty years, this is a very good property. Have nothing but good things to say.
