My experience so far has been pretty good! the staff is friendly and helpful and the area is nice. I've had some issues with maintenance because they don't show up after a problem has been reported. I'm convinced there is no maintenance. Also the valet trash that we pay for has only been picked up maybe 7-9 times in the last 5 months and the pool never opened this summer. I'm not sure what going on with that but I love where I stay, I just wish the amenities (maintenance, valet trash and pool) were working or reliable.

There has been many issues. From before love in all the way to now. It looks nice, but the people in the office are the worst. They may act nice, but it seems as if they don’t know how to do their job. They also love to lie, they tell you what they think you want to hear. I’m an up front kind of person and I’d rather hear it’s going to take three weeks and it takes three weeks. But for them to say it will take a three days and it takes three weeks is something that will is unacceptable.

Overall a nice place to live. Aside from the average things people have to deal with at most apartments it’s been pleasant living here. Maintenance is fast. New management could do better with communication.

If we being honest the I been here since 2017 and the property have changed over a few times offcie and maintenance staff. I was extremely upset at the beginning of this month when I had to pay for a mistake the property did. The gym needs new equipment, pool has not been open for 2 years now. The pool gate is broken. I will have to go to the office this week to see what going on with the gate whenever I get a guest I have to go up tbere to let them in my phone in not being called just a busy sound is being made. I could go on but it is definitely not the worst property. This offcie staff is nice and helpful and it seems like things are trending in the right direction. Time will tell.

Rent is too high pool been out of service for the whole year and the gym is terrible...all they do in the leasing office is lie to the tenants

This complex was beautiful when I moved in- clean, private, no visible signs of neglect. Now I couldn’t say the same. Beside the visual, personally had way too many issues in not even a year of living here which have inconvenienced me in more ways than one. Although I can say that now, in the past two weeks after much back and forth, the complex seems to have started to take action to clean up and make it presentable once more. That being said, I’m curious to see how this goes

Property is nice, however the maintenance is the worst. They take their time fixing issues and on most occurrences with my unit, they don’t show up. Often, I have to call and follow up or pester the office in order to ensure something will be done. I’ve had my tub backed up and resorted to fixing it on my own. I placed this request 3 weeks ago. Currently my a/c has been out for 4 days and a faulty portable unit was placed in my apartment which leaked on bedroom floor. It never cooled after running for hours so it was useless. Don’t move here!

These apartments have been great for me. From application to move in the process was seemless. We’ve only had a couple regular issues so far that required work order (light bulbs going out/ mailbox keys not working) but they are very quick when it comes to completing them. Everyone in the office is great and very helpful. It’s a quiet neighborhood, very clean, and most importantly safe.
The ladies that work the office are lovely. Very warm welcomes and the office looks nice. The leasing office is nice and reflects on the apartment well
This is my 4th month here and it’s been a pleasant experience. We had a couple of hiccups upon move-in but it was handled effectively by the management.

This is the second time I have lived at this property. My employer moved out of the city and the traffic was more than I could handle. I decided to look into Parkway Vista again. The website is so thorough that I was able to see the exact units that were available allowing me to choose the same bldg I was in before. Joanna greeted me when I came to view the property to inspect the property for upgrades and "changes" in the neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised that there have been upgrades to the pool area, the exteriors had been changed and as always the landscaping was immaculate. They even still had the fresh cookies that I would grab every now and then. When I did have one issue with someone calling my gate code I went in and spoke to Tiffany and she addressed it immediately, she apologized for the issue (even though she had no control over it) and provided me a new gate code. The neighbors are polite and actually very quiet. I use the pool quite often in the summer and it is always kept clean and the patrons using it are respectful. If there was one thing I would change would be that we move to wireless fobs for the gate so I don't need to let down my window of the car to gain entry into the gated community. All and all my second time around has been just as pleasant, comfortable and cost effective as the first. Kudos to the office team and maintenance team for being attentive, response and professional.
I lived here for over a year and it was my favorite place to live in Atlanta. I loved how small and quiet the community was. The staff was excellent and always very helpful! I REALLY miss it :-(

It started off wonderful until the things that were supposed to be fixed, NEVER got repaired, after I moved in. Also, complaining about noise and the smell of marijuana when walking out of your door, does nothing. Staff is super friendly, until you need something. I love my apartment, management team not so much.

I have been living at Parkway Vista for 3 years now and at first I was very pleased. It wasn't until First Communities took over as the management company. My maintenance issues were once taken care of immediately, now, they take weeks to be solved. If you try to contact the leasing agents they will apologize without addressing or rectifying your concerns. Another problem they have is the residents not picking up their dogs feces so beware when walking through the grassy areas.
I'd like to start off first by saying, in all fairness, poor customer service is a pet peeve of mine, especially when I spend a large amount of money monthy for a level of quality service. I've been living here for over 5 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Parkway Vista until recently. Although the units themselves are clean, ealry 2000s updated, and safe, I had to do due diligence and write this review. The change in property management late Fall 2015 was abrupt and unprofessional in transition. Not only was the new management team unfriendly, but delayed notification of accelerated water bill payments from the old management was extremely inconvenient and without proper explanation. Furthermore, I find the new leasing staff agents lack a level of customer service friendliness, especially as it pertains to getting acclimated to their new billing system. When I called the leasing office multiple times about being unable to log on to the system after many attempts, I was told there was nothing more they could do. Excuse me? This is your billing system. Why not offer to schedule a time for me to come in the office and investigate the problem? This would have never been the case with the old team. Poor customer service at its finest. Parkway Vista has been my home for many years and it is disappointing to receive this lack of hospitality. Additionally, my current water bill has jumped $10-20 higher than when the old management company was in place. I was told by the water company that our billing is now by the building instead of individually metered as before. I received no notification about this change. Overall, the lack of concern and explanation I received from the current management falls short of acceptable. Take it from someone who fights hard to give second, third, or fourth chances, you may find better elsewhere.
Parkway vista is such a great, safe, friendly place to live. Manager & everyone at the office is very helpful & friendly.
I have been living here for 3 years and I love the leasing apartment staff, they make me feel welcome everytime I step in the office. I also feel that this is a safe place for women who would like to live alone

I have been living at Parkway Vista for two years, and I have enjoyed my time here. The complex is next to 85 and 285. I work in Buckhead, and I like that I am not far and have a good price on rent. I don't need to speak to the office very much, but when I do, they are very friendly and helpful. I leased with Denie, and she is still here. The other girls in the office Glenda and Natalie are very nice and professional as well.
