The rent goes up so much every year and the communication is awful! Messages are not replied to. Put in a work order and it is immediately changed to in progress and it could take weeks for a response to a work order.

Had a few issues when i first moved in that were taking a while to get fixed properly by maintenance i had issues with my patio door being broken off the hinges as well as a broken toilet for over a week

Not the greatest property management but it’s a calm neighborhood to live in. The prices was okay when moved here but definitely not worth the price it is now. Maintenance is good people but management needs more work

I have had a great experience living at Parkwood Apartments. It is a quiet and upkept community with great amenities included. I do wish the gym was bigger and that the maintenance team was more thorough when fixing requests. Overall the staff and complex is great and a safe environment to live.

Very misleading and not safe
I recently accepted terms to move into an apartment here at Parkwood. When I arrived the office was closed for almost 2 hours, my unit was unlocked and there was a maintenance guy there on the day of move-in without notifying me prior. It is also next to a neighborhood that reported 150 shootings just last year. The photos online made it seem very safe and luxurious, but that is FAR from what you actually get. One of the photos that looked as if it were of the exterior to the complex was actually a photo of the leasing management office which is extremely misleading. DO NOT rent from here.

Terrible Management
The management team here is terrible. There have also been several shootings, a bullet came through my wall and that was the last straw for me. It was okay when I moved in 3 years ago, but now between the violence and the terrible management, I would not at all recommend. They are out to get a buck and never available when you need them.

Affordable apartments at a great location.
Just moved in, but so far. Neighbors have been friendly, nice area, no drama. And best part, large dog friendly.

Ehhh... it’s FAIR.
The new renovated apartments are nice but be AWARE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. So if you don’t mind the roaches, this apartment is a nice convenient place to live. Also, depending on which building you live, if you rent from my building, you will smell the residual of marijuana from the neighbor, who also brings a lot of traffic around at times.

Perfect home in a quiet area
I’m a current resident and love the lay-out of my home, the community is park-like and quiet. Liz works in the office and she is always friendly, my maintenance issues are resolved within a day. I would recommend to anyone … great location and price. Any issues are resolved promptly … what more can you ask for?

Bad
They seem very unprofessional. It’s a nice neighborhood but it’s a lot of noise from the neighbors and there’s many bug problems here i wouldn’t come
