The largest city in North Dakota, Fargo rests on the North Dakota-Minnesota border and the western banks of the Red River. However, Fargo residents affectionately refer to their location as “North of Normal.”
You might find that Fargo is a bit different when you stop by the Fargo-Moorhead Visitor Center and see the woodchipper from the movie Fargo. Maybe it’ll be when you start spotting members of the colorful herd of bison painted by various artists scattered all around town, and rightfully decide to go on a scavenger hunt to find them all. Perhaps you’ll find it unique that Wurst Bier Hall serves a rattlesnake rabbit bratwurst and indulge your curiosity. You’ll notice that North of Normal is a pretty interesting place to be.
There’s no shortage of things to do in Fargo. Plains Art Museum and Rourke Art Gallery and Museum offer residents and visitors endless opportunities to admire art with all kinds of rotating exhibits.

Property Ratings at Parkwood East & West
This place used to be pretty decent. Nothing luxurious but it was nice, quiet, and affordable. Now it’s the opposite of all those things. Security doors are broken most of the time so it’s just a free-for-all, and if the locks are surprisingly working, it doesn’t matter because people will just buzz every apartment anytime day or night. Reserved off street parking is a joke since people who don’t even live there just park wherever and there’s usually two or three cars that have been sitting there for months with flat tires and leaking oil. The rent will go up every time you renew your lease and not just a little.

The management staff was Great! Very friendly, and made sure I knew what was going on even though I was 3 hrs away. They made the moving process so much less stressful then it needed to be.
Professional, Personable, and Patient to resident needs. They have worked with me in many ways to better my life as a tenant.
I really like my apartment and planning to stay for a bit longer than planned. Just make sure everything works fine before moving in.
The Kentwood office and manor has always had GREAT workers and they just keep getting better. The new team is the best by far as well as personable and gear to help with anything that they can do for you. The normal maintenance request is fast and done no longer than 3 days as well as pet friendly. There has never been one time that they have not greeted me with openness before any dialogue has occurred. I am grateful to say the least
The staff is very inviting and is willing to help you make your move the best. They are more than willing to work things out to improved life as a valued resident, not just a tenant.
My experience with parkwood east & west is great, when I have problems with anything concerning the apartment they come and fix it right away, very nice apartment!
If you are looking for an apartment. You will not be disappointed with Goldmark! My initial contact with Rosa was so welcoming and professional, something I look for when doing business. The apartment was very clean and the upkeep of the grounds was immaculate. The price was initially more than I wanted, but I am pleased overall. I highly recommend this company.
While I have heard plenty about goldmark, no place is perfect. I have found a good home with nice management staff who take care of my needs when asked. Say what you want. All you have to do is be direct and they will help you!

My overall experience has been great. Management is really friendly and our move in process was quick. I cant say I really have any complaints at this time.
The area is really nice, you’re close to everything. With only having 2 or 3 people in management, they always do whatever they can to make the residents happy.
Parkwood West is excellently located and has wonderful facilities.
