Parkwood Manor

I love Parkwood ,when I really need a place to live for ny family Parkwood was and still is here for my family and I. And I tell and recommend Parkwood if your looking for a nice and safe place to live

It’s quiet and nice here. I enjoy the environment and the neighbors are friendly. I love the unit and the cleaning done around the unit. I would recommend to friends and family.

From applying here to living here was a stressful but equally satisfying time. They really made it a great experience and my family and I are very happy to be here!

I like the apartment very much. You all gave me a chance and I'm very grateful for that. The grounds are keep up and there is not a whole lot of noise. The people are friendly, and the staff is great. Thank you.

So far, it has been very quiet & peaceful. My neighbors are friendly, every stays to themselves. Although, maintenance doesn’t come to make repairs when requested. & the rent may be little to high for an apartment it is very decent

Amber in the office is great. As far as maintenance they never fix or complete work orders. I have put in multiple work orders that have not been done.

I like it it’s very comfortable and my children like it as well I can see things going well here for us we are self I am glad to be apart of the community and I’m pretty sure there’s more to come to enjoy

Great to live here just need better maintenance and management of property. We also should have an emergency line to call when there is major problems. The apartments need serious remodeling.

I just moved in it’s okay for the most part. The unit itself is very nice and a bit spacious! However, they do have little garage areas. I’ll write a review in the next 5 months to give an update.

My experience has been a very good one! Especially as of lately! The new office staff is definitely a lot better than what it has been… maintenance could be better but overall not too bad!

Recently moved in, very quiet and the office staff is very nice. My apartment is very cozy and I love that it comes with washer and dryer connection.

Quiet . Close to freeway,shopping , banking and parks. Clean and friendly staff and maintenance. Haven’t had an issue with this place. Wish we had use of a clubhouse and better picnic area since we can’t have bbq grills any longer.

The place overall is alright, however, they should work on the upkeep of the property. Rent is too high to not be able to experience the whole amenities

So far my unit is beautiful and the area is nice. My leasing agent was exceptionally helpful and I’m so blessed to have encountered her. I hope my experience continues to be great and I’m just happy to have found my home.

Communication with office management and maintenance is amazing. Neighbors are always friendly. Very quiet for the most part. I have no complaints.

Everyone seems to be respectful. With neighbors so close noise is of course an issue sometimes. I appreciate the snow removal and the new lamp post at the front.

Me and my children have enjoyed living here, it’s been quiet the neighbors have been very respectful. The maintenance team has been on time, and working efficiently to complete tasks. WE LOVE IT HERE

Been here for 12 years and never got my carpet replaced, it was used when we first moved in.. no padding left under carpet.. you can feel the nails when you walk around upstairs.. the tub always needs to be re caulked because it's never done properly. Two outlets in my kitchen are bad, one of them started smoking after I plugged something in.. All of this has been checked out during several inspections.. put a work order in for the tub in September.. I understand there has been new management 4 times now since moving here.. I'm just really stressed out and getting very emotional because I like to keep everything nice and it's hard when things don't get replaced or fixed properly.. other than that the apartments are nice and the community is ok.. I have noticed that things have calmed down since this recent new management showed up, no more bad kids running around vandalizing property..

Very nice chill environment. I would certainly refer Parkwood to family and haven't experienced any issues thus far minor repairs here and there.

I give all 5 stars is very well kept outside & inside. Nieghbors are very helpful & the community is very Quiet. I just love the peace.& I love the managment very proffesional they make you feel like family the moment you walk throught the office doors and when you move in. Im very Thank ful & grateful to be apart the Parkwood family.

Management was friendly and quick to get me a nice 1 bedroom apartment for cheap. Some residents seem to leave trash outside the dumpsters which attracts animals but this isn’t really on the apartments.

For the most part it’s quiet and safe . The only issue I have is maintenance. I’ve been here 20 years and haven’t had any major issues. Management has changed a lot .I really feel the apartments could use a major upgrade. A lot of tenants complain of water damage and mold .

For the most part I’ve had a decent experience here. Some maintenance issues with reasoning in a timely manner but I feel safe and other than that it’s been cool. I only share walls with one other person and we’re good! No issues whatsoever!

Nice neighbors very slow maintenance response. I have been here 16 months and still waiting on the original list of small repairs to be done. But I guess they have their priorities. I have enjoyed my resident experience here at Parkwood Manor.

Its nice, just home of the mosquitoes lol & the back lot has a cat problem . Other than that they have a great staff, & helpful maintenance crew.

Very amazing experience not a lot of noise , maintenance and staff are amazing. Units are very spacious way better then my life apartment experience

I love living in Parkwood Manor. I like my neighbors, & the area I live in. I have only 2 complaints. #1 is maintenance issues are not addressed in a timely fashion. I've been waiting for repairs to be completed that I reported more than a year ago. I've reported these issues several times within the past 12 months, & still I'm waiting. My 2nd complaint is the trash in/out & around the dumpsters.

I love staying here and the apartment is beautiful. Kids are going to be kids so you have a few unfortunate experiences.The Maintenance response and approach could be better though.

This has been a complete nightmare since day one when they had me sign the lease with no lock on the door and I went weeks without being able to protect my belongings. No air conditioning, the shower barely squirts water, ant infestation in the kitchen and throughout the apartment, the 7 day punch list that was required to be turned in within 7 days of signing the lease still has NOT been done. No one ever follows through on anything in the office and they lac customer service skills.

I love it here just don’t like when others residents trash the community. It beautiful community and peaceful and quiet. Maintenance can be a bit better too but I have no bad words.

I am very happy with my experience while living at Parkwood. It has been very quiet since I moved in. The only thing I have a issue with is the communication with maintenance. The issue is when the work gets done or can’t get done it’s never communicated

Nice and quiet I love that the community is well kept and I have friendly neighbors as well. I have enjoyed my new place ever since I moved in.

Its not a terrible community. Somewhere you can rise a family . Things to do around the neighborhood. Parks are close. Metro Park is down the street. Stores are less than a mile.

For the most part its an amazing community, I’ve been here for 7 years so I’ve seen this place at its lowest & even then this place still isnt bad??.

This is a TERRIBLE place to stay. Kids cussing and fighting all the time. Nothing EVER gets fixed in the home.

I made an appointment to come in and fill out an application. When I got there the staff was eating. They were rude and unprofessional. They told me that they would run my application when they got the time. It took them 2 weeks to run my application. I called and left messages for 2 weeks and no response. I had to call the 1 800. number to get them to pick up the phone. Just so they could tell me I wasn't approved.

I called just to ask about the apartments and set up an appointment, they hung up on me twice then someone finally answered it was so much noise in the background and they hung up on me again... places looks very nice from pictures but I can tell the services provided to me would be horrible just very bad first impression to me.
