I have lived here about 4 months, and I will not renew my lease. There are maintenance issues. Air conditioning, water leaking into the apartment. Unprofessional office staff. I have never seen the manager. She hides out in her office. Closet flooding when it rains. Huge puddles of water when it rains. Had to wear rainboots to get into the apartment as the sidewalk completely floods. The grounds are dirty, and the parking lot dirty and muddy when it rains. People can't seem to put trash in the trash cans. Not sure why the parking lot can't be cleaned, or power washed? They seem to keep the outside of the office clean and tidy with landscapers.
I've lived here for a while now and I can't say I've enjoyed my experience. From the water pipes to consistently breaking amongst other things on the properly, to the next to no response on service request, and to now not willing to work the residents if they are late on rent. It's not only till I go to the front desk to tell someone I put a request in that someone comes the next day. You can put in 10 service request and no one will show until you make some noise about it. Then for as long as I've lived here, the laundry mat has been down and out of service. To top things off the pools have always stayed closed and even when opened it would shut down shortly after. The list could really go on. To anyone looking I suggest looking for another complex willing to work with residents and have great response time to important issues
There are regular water and electrical issues. Sometimes, I don’t have hot water, regular water or electricity when I need it. A new management company took over. The previous company had groundskeepers. This one allows the place to be very dirty. There are rodent traps that kids play with in the commons area. There is junk in the commons areas. There are exposed wires and other issues that I report. Management and maintenance just leaves it. I have been trying to get some electrical outlets and weather stripping repaired for months. Management and maintenance ignore me. Sometimes, they don’t even answer the phone or reply to voicemails. They don’t respond to online maintenance requests. They ignore text messages. It is also very noisy. Law enforcement is here a lot for some people who argue throughout the night and day.
Unprofessional and inexperienced maintenance men that don't do anything but lie to you They literally put date deadlines on jobs that they can't complete They don't care about the pool at all don't expect to be able to use the pool while you living here The two ladies at the front desk are super sweet and friendly but that's about it They lied about units being ready then once you move in the unit you realize they only did about 3/4ths of the fixtures needed, while the remaining 25% of damages they'll try to split up between trying to blame you and trying to figure out where there to blame themselves Multiple units have complained about roaches and rats within the complex They have a maintenance worker named Julio he might be the worst maintenance man I've ever experienced where I live in residential complexes And I believe they're paying people to post good reviews about them to try to get their average to move up but that's just my opinion I don't have proof of that one everything else I said I got proof Oh yeah the mail worker told us he'll get to us when he can My final thoughts are move in at your own low reward high risk Update: a year later and the maintenance team has gotten worse The water was cut off all weekend The workers went awol then shut down the site to file the maintenance orders The mail men are unreliable around here as well Not to mention one of the workers in the leasing office has been informing maintenance workers to leave positive reviews on the website for parkwyn townhomes to try to improve their overall ratings
Maintenance merely patches up problems. Management constantly changing. Water leak from cooling system occurred since last tenant. Ceiling caving in. Black mold developing. Floor buckling

Selina, was so helpful and friendly The staff are professional and timely with things. After moving in there are only a few things outstanding that I had to put work orders in for which slowed down the installation and unpacking process but not the end. Overall I’m please thus far and have 12 months to go.

This apartment complex has gone through MINIMUM 3 different management, staff is rude , lazy and not in the office when they’re Supposed to. The people who live here are lazy, they let their dogs unleashed and They poop wherever they Want and don’t pick up after their dogs. We pay for certain services like pest control- yet when we tried to use it because there’s a really bad spider infestation they say their pest control people “ghosted them”. Do NOT move here!
Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in hands down!!! The offices takes everything and everyone as a joke. Repairs/maintenance is not their problem apparently. So pray that nothing in your apartment breaks because it’s like pulling teeth to get it done. I am currently going on week three that I can’t use my shower because if I turn it on I can’t get it to turn off but that doesn’t matter since it has no direct impact on the staffs daily life besides the countless number calls/emails they receive trying to get this issue resolved. There is absolutely no urgency to get anything fixed. I don’t even know how much of my own money I spent repairing things in my apartment because it gets you nowhere doing a maintenance request through the property. I have been living in apartments since I was 18 so please do yourself a favor and DONT RENT HERE!!!!! There are way better places to rent for the same rent you would be charged here. Moving here has definitely been my biggest regret.
Move in with caution. We loved our apartment till the new management came in. They never renewed my lease after I asked multiple times. They are very unorganized.
We've been here for a year. They just got their third management company. The management company that's leaving takes FOREVER to get anything fixed. When we moved in we were billed for everything and paid everything but we were just re billed for the same things and told it's the billing website not them even though the bikking website only tracks billing not payments. When I asked to get a printout of everything we've paid they conveniently can't get it because there's a new management company. The gym that's supposed to be 24 hours was only 24 hours until the last company took over then it was only 8 to 5 and now it's not even a gym, it's the office. The pools were never opened. The last time they switched management the concierge garbage that we pay for wasn't performed for almost a month. Hopefully the new managers are better.
This place is HORRIBLE!!! Ive been here for about 3 years and there have been multiple owners and multiple management companies. But this one they have now is by far the worst. I have had nothing but problems with the maintenance not doing my requests. Ive even got some that are still not done since June! And Im not talking little things, Im talking big things that make living here probably unsafe. I cant wait to move and get out of this crappy place! In the last 2 years that I have lived here, the pool was not open. They are redoing the fences while not having the maintenance requests completed, how does that make sense? The drainage is almost always clogged up and the dryer air vents are in the ceiling so they are constantly needing to be cleaned WHEN you can get maintenance to do it. I swear its like waiting for congress to pass a bill before you get anything done! The amount they want to charge for living in this dump is unreal. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I was so excited to lease here and after being here for a year I can’t wait to leave. So many issues with my payments months after the payment was made. Also no pool for the last two years. The gym closes at 5:30 when the offices leaves. Don’t even try to put in a maintenance request simple enough for a light bulb change, I’m not very handy and 3 follow ups later and I went to the office to get the bulb to just change my light myself.

Since this new company has bought this complex this year 2019: Trash will not get taken because bill doesn’t get paid x3 weeks, will not return your money because someone is always “starting next week”. Doesn’t matter about the weeks they’ve already missed. If you call you do not speak with staff you have to leave a voice message and will NOT get a return call back. I have left maintenance request online for same things 4 months in a row no one will come out to even inspect the issue. Plumbing issues can’t wash hands or brush teeth fully or water will run over spill. Lights are making sparking noises and no longer work. They print off the maintenance request still doesn’t come to even get looked at. Pool is closed all but 2 weeks out of the year and they allow it to get green with no visibility. COCKROACH INFESTED, I have made a cockroach cemetery with how many I kill!.... wake up with them crawling on you. Few months ago pest control gives you no warning but ask you to remove everything from cabinets, states my apartment is clean not my issue causing the cockroaches. Still have cockroaches today. Visitor parking is 7 days in a row x 2 in a month (that means you can only have a visitor 14 days but not days you choose) but I registered visitors car and it expired in 5 days. Water will continuously turn down too cold, have to request someone to come turn it back up every few months. Can’t wait to move out anywhere else but here. There is no money amount I would pay for them to keep me. At least with the last company they sent the maintenance when requested or if I had a problem they would try to temporarily fix.
