This is a wonderful place to live! The neighbors are very friendly and the staff is absolutely fantastic! It's located on a quiet street, scenic view and close to transportation/I-95 and I-476.
Beautiful place and loved the location! The security is awesome knowing you were coming home to a very safe place. Security cameras everywhere. The elevators was a plus. Especially, with groceries. Front door kiosk to know when someone was there. Key entry to all doors and not a push button combination. Clean and well maintained. Janel is wonderful ! The maintenance crew rocked.
Parkwynn Apartments is a lovely and comfy place to live at. I lived in a studio room since 2018 and had no problems that hindered my enjoyment there. My favorite aspect of the apartment is location. It is really close to the 95 and 476 freeway which includes the PHL airport as well. The walking distance around is convenient as well being next to Ridley Square (I believe what it is called). It's not a busy location and enjoyable to even walk around. Overall it was a great place to live and enjoy.
Firstly, the property is beautiful, with a gorgeous view from a very large balcony and the units are updated throughout. Secondly, the professionalism and the awesome customer service of the property management staff is what drew me in. They are eager to aid in whatever you need assistance with and they are kind. Thirdly, the maintenance team and the facilities cleaning team do an excellent job keeping the building running, and the property very clean, especially during these unprecedented times during this pandemic. I was planning on only living here for 2 years, but I am so comfortable here, I have been a resident for almost 4 years and my experience has been wonderful. I can't express enough how much I appreciate a clean, peaceful and gorgeous building to live in. I never have an issue getting my unit serviced and any issues are resolved and attended to. I moved on to this building on 2018 i thought this was going to be a temporary place for me no longer the one year . My concern was being safe , confortable and peaceful. I'm so glad i chose this building. First the stuff is very professional and friendly, nice security sistem , very clean. Anytime i walk in to the building or leave i feel safe. The maint guys are always there to help with anything you need . When i have any problems or concern and called the office for service they prioritize your issue and fix it . I love my appartment, beautiful and modern kitchen, lot of closets, my favor is the balcony, i love to have that space the i can seat and relax , love to come hone no matter what time and my parking space is there only for me . I couldn't have picked a better place to live.
Modern updated building with an elevator, Balcony, open floor plan, high ceilings, hardwood flooring, with super modern kitchen and bath !!! If you like upscale living at a reasonable price look no further!! Did I mention the HUGE BALCONY, love having the outdoor space!!! This building is a dream, so close to everything and I have modern amenities. Walking distance to Ridley Park shops and the train. Management here is great as well, attentive and truly care. Great place to call home
