Great apartment complex in a relatively quiet location. Staff were very competent and accommodating, they made moving in easy and simple. Complex is very well maintained and feels clean all the time.

The continuing building construction work being done is the only negative that makes a possible10 rating into a 9 for recommendation to others. Management and maintenance personnel here are excellent.

I love living at Parla apts. Building is situated in a great neighborhood that is away from all the busyness of Ballard yet close enough to get to Ballard in less than 5 minutes. Building is well maintained with decent amenities. Is very close to multiple parks and beaches.. Building is also conveniently located close to D-line public transit.

Parla is great! The management is very responsive and helpful, the building is clean and nicely appointed, the amenities ( gym, meeting spaces, and the rooftop areascommunity gardens, dog run, and sitting/eating places)) are all high quality and well taken care of. Im very pleased after a month here-!

I love living at the Parla apartments. Having shopped around, I can say that the layout of my studio is better (and bigger) than many comparably priced apartments. The community amenities are great and the management is professional, friendly, and responsive. They do a great job keeping the property maintained. You cant beat this value!

My apartment hunt had several options to look at, but Parla was the only one that was responsive, attentive, and transparent. Leasing agent spent about an hour with me while touring on site, answering all of my questions, providing me with tons of information about my unit and the building community and trying to make me feel as comfortable about submitting my rental application as possible. While I was unable to view the unit I signed a lease for until the day I received my keys, there was no doubt that this was the place for me. The amenities, price point, square footage, and community feel were all factors in my decision to move into this building. Following application acceptance, I had frequent follow up emails and phone calls from both leasing agents to make sure everything was moving forward as easily as possible with lease signing and coordinating move in date. The entire process from the initial phone call about taking a tour to finishing moving in was as simple and as painless as it could have been, including getting all furniture moved in. I would, and have already, recommend Parla to friends!

Convenient location in regards to getting around the city, however there are some sketchy people along 15th. I really like our layout, finishes, and the value for what we paying.

The apartment building is well-maintained, with great onsite staff 7 days a week. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and all different kinds of stores. Parla is also a super pet-friendly community which is a big plus to any pet owners.

Big contracts protect you from giving your tenants rent rebates. I will be leaving at the end of this lease.

I have lived in several apartments in the Seattle area over the past 10 years. Parla is by far the best experience that I have had! Excellent building in a convenient location on transit line. The staff is fabulous. Love it here!

I love Parla! It truly feels like a community where the staff and residents are kind to one another. The units are comfortable and nice. The roof has a beautiful view and the gym is great. Definitely the best place I've lived!

Great place to live. Staff is always really helpful. Ideal for dog owners with a relief area on site as well as several dog parks in close proximity.

Parla is a good overall apartment building, management is friendly and seems to work hard to keep the building running smoothly.
