Parlmont Park Apartments

We have been struggling with roaches and just before we called management, we get a call that they will be doing pest control. We were glad. Not knowing that it's a pretentious game. A few days after we were serviced with a notice to vacate the apartment and it was just pinned on the door. A very big surprise. We were wondering what we did wrong then the details in the letter stated that we have not kept the apartment well and thats why we have roaches. Really! You know it's a problem in some of these apartments. We did not come with these roaches and all our methods that we tried did not help. And without any discussion we just saw a vacate notice. Cannot make sense of it. FYI..there must be a game played here. I am sure our apartment is cleaner that management homes even cleaner than their office space. I mean it's clean with just 2 adults. There is need to get to the bottom of this game because it has been played to some other tenants too

I recommend this place 100% as everything is included in the price from resident portal, maintenance , pool, cleaning / trash pick up 3 times a week, gated community, friendly & kind office staff! The only thing you pay for is electricity & cable i(f choose to have that). Get a tour & see for yourself!

Overall I’ve enjoyed renting here, it’s Safe & clean, In an area close by to food & shopping. I had a lot of questions during my Initial tour of a Studio & the staff were so kind & attentive to answer any concerns I had. They made the move in process a breeze. Since moving in for any typical issues that have popped up maintenance & office staff have been on the ball. It’s a great space & community + the pool is such a bonus in the summertime!

I stayed here for a few years in between jobs and i enjoyed it very much. Things are well kept, and maintenance workers are awesome.

I have lived at Parlmont Park for a few years and absolutely love it. I have a two bedroom and it is the perfect amount of space for my family and I. All of the staff on the property (Office and Maintenance) are always so kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I have had over the years. My kids love the swimming pool in the summer months and we are looking forward to it opening this year! If you're looking for a well maintained community and friendly office staff then this is the place for you.

Be cared when you sign contract with them. Make sure you have new appliances checks. And take photo stuffs around the apartment because when you move out they will try making you money as much as they can !!! Not fun guys!!!

Not well run. The office staff are completely useless. Thin walls, you can hear everything from neighbors units. Cheap rugs, appliances and the worst air conditioner. It's loud, old and only works in the living room. They won't let you add another unit in the bedroom.

We just moved into Parlmont Park last week and the process to move in was great. This was our first time going through this process and they were extremely patient and responsive to all our questions. Defiantly recommended.

I have lived here for a number of years. Staff and neighbors are kind. Close to the schools. Safe and private. No problems living here. The maintenance crew helpful, prompt and kind.

Recently moved into Parlmont Parks, and was please with the different options I was given. All the rent prices were fair and got to choose between a brand new apartment and a redone apartment. Also got to choose between signing a year lease or not. Highly recommended!

As a resident of Parlmont Park Apartments for more than 10 years, I can attest that it is a nice place to live. The office and maintenance people are very professional and responsive whenever an issue arises. The grounds and common areas, such as hallways and laundry rooms, are well-maintained. There is always ample parking. I feel very safe and comfortable living here.

Management was quick to act to any concerns or problems we had and were all helpful on making sure residents followed Covid guidelines.

I loved living here, I had a nice studio on the first floor. More than enough room for myself. I had nice neighbors in my building and there was never an issue. When communicating with the office and maintenance staff they were accommodating and kind. 10/10!!!

All the buildings are Mice and Cockroach Infested apartments. There is also a huge grave yard on the property. The rent is not worth the poor property management. Runaway while you can!

I had a lovely walk-in two bedroom apartment with a balcony on the 1st floor at the Parlmont Park Apartments. It was a fantastic apartment for my family and I to live in. The heating was included in the rent payment and the apartment was so warm duing the winter. The summer offered a great swimming pool and cook out area for my family to enjoy. The kitchen was fully applianced and maintenance was available if something needed attention. The closets are huge and fit so much, as well as the extra storage area in the attic. The landscaping is so beautiful through all the seasons of the year. No charge for parking and readily available.

Let me start with pro's. Near to bus stop and accessible to Route 3. con's. Building is very old and not well maintained. Management won't care once you move in, they are not solving any problems in the unit, they say it's how it is. stay if you want else leave. All the appliances are very old. Floors are very very thin and squeaky. you can't walk in the unit, as well as you can't bear the noise when the top floor residents are walking in the unit. Heard there are mices in some buildings. Units are very hot in the summer

Parlmont Park is a wonderful place to live. My family and I lived here for many years and enjoyed it. The rental and maintenance staff is very attentive and polite. The 2 Bedroom apartment we stayed in was very clean and looked great upon moving in. I would highly recommend this apartment community.

Went by to check out a one bedroom apartment in building 2 apartment #44 and saw lots of roach remnants in the kitchen cupboards. Walked out immediately! No thanks.

The one bedroom apartment was perfect for two of us. It was spacious, and we had really good neighbors. The management provided with every type of support whenever we needed it. Marsha has been really good with any issues we had. Loved living here.

I would definitely recommend Parlmont Park based on following: 1) Apartment facility such as nice apartment structure and swimming pool 2) Prompt Maintenance 3) Friendly and respectful staff 4) Very Clean 5) Mailboxes and laundry inside every Building 6) Free extra storage. This is a great place to call home.

The floors upstairs are just unbearably squeaky. You might need to live by the grace of upstair neighbors, unless you are on the top floor. Be prepared to buy a floor fan and earplugs if considering these apartments.

From move in to move out i had a great experience. The staff is so helpful and courteous every time i needed something. They are very professional and flexible to schedules. I liked the laundry machines in the buildings on the first floor. The mailboxes inside are great as well. I would highly recommend living at parlmont park.
