Amazing property managers! They have consistently impressed me with their professionalism and responsiveness before and after moving in. One of the smoothest moving processes, even with moving across the country. Hard to beat this location in the Madison area too! Feels like home.
It's like living at a 5-star hotel! This property has a great maintenance team that is knowledgeable and very prompt at responding to any and all of my requests. They even have 24-hour emergency after hours service and everything is taken care of swiftly. You can tell the management cares about the property. The property is very well taken care and maintained. Everyone here is above and beyond! I love living here.
When I first moved to the Madison area, I was between this building and another. I choose the later and regretted it deeply and moved to Parmenter II the moment my lease was up! I have had a spectacular experience in this building! The staff is so welcoming and accommodating, the residents are respectful and friendly and location is wonderful!
The building is well maintained and very conveniently located within walking distance to downtown and many amenities. The staff if wonderful and quite accommodating. This is a great place to live.
